I had purchaged the PMP® Certification Training with Exam - Elite by paying Rs. 49948.40 (Including tax) on 19- Feb 2024 and it was communicated by account manager that It will be valid for one year. Within one year any time I can schedule the exam. Now once I became ready for exam then Simplilearn is not giving the voucher. They are saying this has been expired on 17-Aug-2024. Requested for reactivation & again it got expired on 03 - Sep 2024. Due to official trips & i couldn't claim the voucher. Now they are asking to re-purchage the voucher by paying the fee again of Rs. 41000. But I have already paid Rs. 49948 for this voucher. Why should I re-purchage again? How simplilearn can keep the money without giving the service or product?
I have reached Support team to reactive, but they are keep on telling that your reach to account manager for reactivation. But they are telling me to repay for the voucher.
I have raised to query to them multiple times over phone & mail as well. Query: "I didn't notice any where in PMI website, from Simplilearn have made payment on behalf of Rajkumar K A & it got expired."
Requesting Simplilearn to either give the exam voucher or refund the amount.
