Simplilearn — pmp course and exam voucher

Hello,

I have enrolled for PMP course with Simplilearn which I took earlier and later Simplilearn collected the fee for PMP exam voucher and PMI membership promising the support I required. Due to health issues and personal family problems, I could not take the exam and Simplilearn never provided support of any kind. I requested for PMP extension which they are not providing and saying to pay that fees again.

Kindly consider my case on compassion grounds and I request to provide me the required resolution and support.
