[Resolved] Simplilearn — Poor quality training / poor customer support | |||
Feeling shame about your poor customer support. Having major technical issue in your LMS. Raised the ticket number 804979. More than 5 days over, everyday If i call to know the status, same reply. - "Tomorrow it will get fix.". You people don't have any proper testing team before to make any change in production. Even the quality of the class room training also poor. Wrote an email to your customer team. No reply from the customer support for this.
