I am surprised and disturbed to receive your email and a letter signed by Dinesh dated 26th June regarding your false charge against me about soliciting official data from any of the employees of Simplilearn after my resignation. I have documented my reply to Dinesh's letter in the attached file. I am also sending this letter to you through registered post.

At the time of joining, I had signed the employment contract of Simplilearn and have complied to all the terms and conditions. I have been harassed and forced to resign from the company as I insisted to clear my incentive dues. After resignation, you can not force me to sign any other document and link it to my pending dues (salary for 11 days and pending incentives) and relieving letter.

Hence I would request you to please clear my pending dues and issue the relieving letter asap. Else I will be forced to take the legal actions / approach to concerned authorities like NHRC to seek justice.

Run! Do not book a course with this ghost company. They send wrong invoices, book you on wrong dates, load pre-course content with 400+ study hours 10 days before your course (and I booked 2 months in advance - ITIL foundation), they never call back, never email back when they promise and are impossible to deal with.
It looks like this completely outsourced overseas to the local street vendor.

    simplilearn is a PMP certification company based in bangalore, they provide online certifications courses, recently i joined, the PMP program, Initially they should good response once they collected the fees there attitude changed, classes were not conducted on schedule. Its waste of time and money. Pls never go this company and waste your money.

    Same here. I tried to sign up for an ITIL Foundation course. They postponed the date I wanted to the following week, then they couldnt 100% guarantee a GO for the class. I called the hotel to confirm the company had reserved the hotel training room for that following week, and they didnt show anyone having booked the room. Thankfully I did not submit my credit card info to Simplilearn, but I was tempted to at first to lock in the date. Simplilearn's game seems to be if the class has enough people, THEN they book the hotel & training room etc. Thats ok, I guess, but they should clearly state that in their sign up page. It seems they do this accross the entire US, every city, it's like casting a worm all over the lake to see which fish will bite. Not a good feeling, bummer because their prices are very attractive.
    I signed up for the Simplilearn Network+ course. When I took the Comptia exam i failed miserably due to inadequate course materials. The course materials were grossly out of date and lacking content as compared to what was on the exam. Simplilearn said they would refund my course fee, but would not refund me my exam fee. Thus is a horrible company do not waste your time or money with them.
