Back some time, Simpliearn contacted me online and asked me to help them to conduct a training for their clients who had signed up for their course. As I checked on Linkedin, Simpliearn seems to have many online accounts and claimed to be heavily invested by venture cap; so i thought it should be quite safe to do the course for them in my country and I would be paid as promised. They even offered their NDA (with their boss signature on it) to sign (You would've feel that this is a genuine deal, wouldn't you?) The day before the training, Simpliearn's Stacey Taylor (which I later found out to be a fake name used by their account manager on Linkedin [using a westerner profile picture] - her real name is some long Bangladeshi name [with a Bangladeshi lady profile picture she accidentally reveal on whatsapp] called to tell me they do not have a training room arranged and that I've to do the training in local cafes for 2 days. She told me it would be alright and asked me to pay for all the printing, scanning, logistics, food expenses first and she promised that Simplilearn would pay me back the expenses and training fee after the 2 day training. She emailed and called using a usa hunting number to beg me to help her out... which i reluctantly agreed (unfortunately i was naive). When the 2 students (Simplilearn's clients) arrived on the first day of the training, i was shocked to learn from them that they had actually paid online to Simpliearn many months before but their classes were continually re-scheduled for no good reasons. And Simplilearn refused to refund them when requested. They revealed to me "Their online 90 days is useless crap and often not working, its just their tactic to keep your money. They demand you pay upfront by paypal and then keep delaying / rescheduling the classes till you finally give up. And they will never give you a refund when they fail to deliver every time! And give you lots of excuses. It is what we call a Snake-Oil company that trumpet their ‘successes’ to get you in." Luckily the 2 students are understanding that I am only a 'last-minute' stand-in freelance trainer and we conducted the 2 days course with a conclusive EXIN exams. 2 weeks later, they told me they passed the exam. Since then, I've been emailing Simpliearn for my rightful training fee and expenses claim. Initially, they bounced the email to their so-called finance and even their seemingly management (Dinesh Kumar and Krishna Kumar). After several correspondences for months, they still could not give me a good reason why they are delaying the payment. In the end, they simply ignored my emails. Till today, they have made no attempt to pay me. These are my personal lessons learnt: 1. Never trust a Bangladesh Company (search wikipedia and you'll know why). 2. Even if they sign a contract with you such as a NDA, it doesn't matter to them if they honor it or not. Strange culture indeed... 3. Many of the identities they use online are fake 4. They make use of foreign trainers to boost their profile but may scam these trainers and move on to other trainers. 5. Learn from the clients, it says a lot. 6. EXIN? ... to check on the training provider? What do you think? Today, whenever I see online viral articles sharing about how their boss gets million dollars investments from VC, I laugh loudly to myself [especially at those notable sites for sharing blindly the old news] and wonder how that is possible when they cannot even pay up a few bucks owed to people who service them... Why don't they call themselves simplicheat or simpliscam instead? So...If, by any chance, you are asked to be their trainer and having read my story, you still insist to go ahead to deal with them... then good luck! Maybe you can make sure you get your training fee paid first before you conduct any training for them? Or., , , If, by any chance, you have signed up for a course with them and having read my story, you still insist to go ahead to deal with them... then good luck too! Maybe you can try to get them to refund you immediately and see what shameless tricks they will use next? Last words... I've since moved on and avoided many sickening deals with Bangladesh companies after this experience. If you are hoping for their government to close Simplilearn down, dream on ... as Bangladesh is the most corrupted country in the world.     As per institute they were suppose to conduct training on Oct 18, 19 and Nov 1. First these guys never called me, I called your call center number umpteen times without any success then I called hotel, where they were supposedly planning to host training, to understand if they are planning to conduct training and they confirmed that there is no training planned on 18th and 19th Oct. After that I got a call from simplilearn team, on basis of my calls to their call center, informing that there would be no training on secheduled date and till date I have not received any email confirmation on same.I was promised that training will be conducted on 15 and 16 Nov and on 4th Nov, Shameena, from Simplilearn, said that training will conducted in December. On context of pathetic customer experience, I have placed a refund request for entire money on immediate basis and Shameena had promised that I will get my complete payment refunded by 10th Nov 2014. Now they are saying that they will not return the money. Please intervene and ensure that these are guys are taken to task. Regards, Nitin Bhardwaj [protected]

      DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Save your money. They lie every step of the way, and make you believe that they are running a legitimate business. That is NOT the case. They sell you and several people nationwide on a class that will supposedly be happening at a hotel in your city... so you are paying for a live format class. Just the day before the class is to start, they let you know that the class has been cancelled, and that they will be offering a web seminar instead. No regard for time zones... My class was supposed to start at 9am my time, they started central time, so I would need to log on by 7am. I missed the first two hours. Then when they finally replied to my email complaint they tell me that I can't get my 100% money back guarantee because I took the low grade online course that they substituted my class with (PROOF is in the screen shot of the email I received from them. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

        Purchased Big Data and Hadoop self study training material.From the very beginning had issues with support addressing problems.They was carelessness in response time and very bad customer service.I was accused o[censored]sing foul language .I had requested for an audio recording of our conversation, which felt on deaf ears. Obviously they were lying.They have received the payment and now don’t care to address problems on the premises they are not obliged to address issues.relating to study courses.Issues are related to their course material . The bottom line is due to Simplilearn inefficiencies customer is facing issues and delay in resolution. Completely waste of my time and effort, certainly this site is not to be recommended by my self.Better to throw your money in the bin then subscribe here

          Hello,

          My name is RAJA KS and my mobile number is [protected]. I was using this connection for the past 6 year and had no problems with it.
          Suddenly in July 23rd 2104 at 3.30PM . I got a message on my mobile showing INVALID SIM. For your information, I was using this connection day in and day out. I have made calls everyday, there's no way there can be zero usage for this number. Please sir activate my SIM. This SIM is very important for me, this no I was mention in my CV .

          I am really harassed by the deactivation of my SIM card. I request you to activate my SIM card as early as possible.

            Run! Do not book a course with this ghost company. They send wrong invoices, book you on wrong dates, load pre-course content with 400+ study hours 10 days before your course (and I booked 2 months in advance - ITIL foundation), they never call back, never email back when they promise and are impossible to deal with.
            It looks like this completely outsourced overseas to the local street vendor.

            Yes, I agree with Wouter comment on June 18 2013. Please never, never and never book any courses or deal any businesses with this Ghost Company. They have never kept their words and they are impossible to deal with

              I am surprised and disturbed to receive your email and a letter signed by Dinesh dated 26th June regarding your false charge against me about soliciting official data from any of the employees of Simplilearn after my resignation. I have documented my reply to Dinesh's letter in the attached file. I am also sending this letter to you through registered post.

              At the time of joining, I had signed the employment contract of Simplilearn and have complied to all the terms and conditions. I have been harassed and forced to resign from the company as I insisted to clear my incentive dues. After resignation, you can not force me to sign any other document and link it to my pending dues (salary for 11 days and pending incentives) and relieving letter.

              Hence I would request you to please clear my pending dues and issue the relieving letter asap. Else I will be forced to take the legal actions / approach to concerned authorities like NHRC to seek justice.

                simplilearn is a PMP certification company based in bangalore, they provide online certifications courses, recently i joined, the PMP program, Initially they should good response once they collected the fees there attitude changed, classes were not conducted on schedule. Its waste of time and money. Pls never go this company and waste your money.

                Same here. I tried to sign up for an ITIL Foundation course. They postponed the date I wanted to the following week, then they couldnt 100% guarantee a GO for the class. I called the hotel to confirm the company had reserved the hotel training room for that following week, and they didnt show anyone having booked the room. Thankfully I did not submit my credit card info to Simplilearn, but I was tempted to at first to lock in the date. Simplilearn's game seems to be if the class has enough people, THEN they book the hotel & training room etc. Thats ok, I guess, but they should clearly state that in their sign up page. It seems they do this accross the entire US, every city, it's like casting a worm all over the lake to see which fish will bite. Not a good feeling, bummer because their prices are very attractive.
                I signed up for the Simplilearn Network+ course. When I took the Comptia exam i failed miserably due to inadequate course materials. The course materials were grossly out of date and lacking content as compared to what was on the exam. Simplilearn said they would refund my course fee, but would not refund me my exam fee. Thus is a horrible company do not waste your time or money with them.
