[Resolved] Simplilearn — Promised for Retake vouchers but now there is no response on help tickets | |
Hi, I am Rajesh. I enrolled for Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner Course and Certification. While enrolling we were assured that if we fail to complete in 1st attempt for any of exams, we will be given re-take vouchers to reattempt. Now I have the situation where I failed for completing Foundation Certification and the Practitioner Certification Voucher is un-attended (but is informed to SimpliLearn and they said they will re-schedule this exam again later). But now when I am following up with them they are just giving me excuses and asking me to pay for re-take vouchers. Firstly, they said is denying that they ever agreed for re-take voucher at sales pitch where as we had multiple discussions with their sales individuals but at that time we never actually recorded their calls and we use to receive their calls from their personal numbers for discussions and detailing and now they are checking IVRs for those records. Secondly, they brought up a new details that when we are attempting internal practice test for unlocking exam if we attempt these internal exams with more than 80% in both of their internal exam options, we are eligible for re-take voucher. But this information was never provided to us before. In-fact we came to know about this rule after we started inquiring about re-take voucher from them. I proved them that this information was never given to us even when we had inquired about exam unlocking procedures and voucher receivals but in that also, they never mentioned anything about this. I had also been asking them in tickets and in inquiries and calls about re-take option and they always assured me that I will be given the voucher whenever needed and no need to worry. Now they are denying all this even when I proved all this points above. and they are asking me to pay money for my retake voucher purchase. I have patiently been following up with them since May Beginning but now has loosen my hopes. I want my money back or I want them to consider me allow the internal exams re-take so if i score above 80% they should give me voucher for re-attempt. I am complaining this here as i have really spent very long times explaining them all the fact and details and talks and considered all their points and have given them all proofs.
