Dear All,

As iam a student of simplilearn and i have taken course in month of December and in june i got the certification for completing Digital marketing specialist. i took the course from Mohan Reddy and he has given me at 56000 approx. and same course is given to 2 friends at 36000 and 42000 in same month-vipin singhi an ashish saluja . so My concer is i felt cheated by simpllearn because of this guy mohan reddy.
When i was preparing to get the course, Mohan was Regularly calling me every day and ask me to join this . he told me that he would we account manager of mine and take care of everything from admission to placement of mine . ok between this he made fake promises.Below is the list of Fake promises he made-
1) Completion of Course-He Told me that you can complete the course within 4 months.but all classes are 6 months long including weekend one and iam unemployed for last 7 months and having shortage of funds.so he charges extra fees then others and time promises is very more for classes.

2) Placement assitance-He told once you complete the course i will work for placement cell and between you for cv building, interview preparation and for job applying.i never call or message im for last 4 months. but now i completed the course i just mesage him for Placement assistence, now he told its not my job.neither he is providing number of anyone to whom i can talk, no support from this guy.

3) This guy (Mohan) feel bad when i ask him on message after 4 months how to apply for job assistance programme . so no after sales service iam also from service industry, iam also handling after sales service for clients.

4) Contact Point- There is no contact point of placement cell other then Mails, if i want to discuss on phone regarding whole placement programme -cv building, interview preparation? how i can learn interview coaching without telephonic discussion. These points were not told by mohan reddy.

so not direct contact with placement team other then mail, any phone call for discussion interview coachng, cv modification and job apply.

i raised tickets many many times regarding call back request for placement assistence programme no response getting.

    Simplilearn team is making guniea pigs out of the students who have enrolled. The course I am doing(digital marketing specialist course) is outdated, has no proper structure and whatever promises were done to me during sales pitch those are not provided. When asked for a refund company stating refund policy is breached. My main complaints against Simplilearn:

    - Course is incomplete and unstructured. When pointed out the shortcomings in digital analytics course and the advanced analytics course, team has accepted the mistake that course is incomplete. Simplilearn has replied stating they will revamp both the modules by end of July. Am not willing to wait till they revamp as have paid full fees upfront.
    - Also the tools and projects promised during the sales pitch is not provided inspite of asking so many times. Hence it does not make sense to pursue such a course.
    I would request Consumer Complaints to resolve this asap and provide me the refund.

    Hi, I have already mailed 8 times to the escalation team and no satisfactory response from there side. I am told to wait for 1-2 months. It is not fair at all to take payment upfront and then ask a student to wait upfront for 1-2 months. Defeats the entire purpose of the course. Need a suitable solution urgently.

      This is regarding an employee Rohit Dutta who represents Simplilearn. He contacted me from his personal phone number and started calling me Fool, Pathetic, Asked me to learn about communicating,

      You guys have ruined an opportunity of gaining a customer's trust.

      You should not be allowed to do the business like this if you have this kind of behavior. It is a mental pressure and threat which was created by your employee. Even your Chat Team is not helpful.

        Hello Harshini, (hema.[protected]@simplilearn.net)

        I hope you are doing well. I am very upset customer. If you guys did not resolve my issue then I am withdrawing from this program. I am blaming you for not assisted me though out this ordeal and bad service:

        1. You did not register me on time for the program which I missed the first week of lectures (8 hours)
        2. I have attended the second weekend which I realized that I was behind so much which I did not have the basic and no Azure account at that time. The class was much further than I could catch easily due to my heavy work schedule and other personal responsibilities.
        3. I dropped the second week which disconnected from class in 10 min. I called the customer service for help. they suggested to 'Cohost the class for next term". Which he helps through the process and created a ticket for me to wait for 24 hours then, you will be assigned to the next class.
        4. I still did not hear from them.
        5. If you don’t resolve my issue today, I will complain to the California Institute of Technology about such customer service.

        Now, its upon you how you handle this situation. I hope you have a little sense of customer service to help me.

          Simplilearn is a company whose more profitable business is to con innocent people into their web and rob their hard-earned money. Before enrolling candidates, their talks are sugar coated and promising and too irresistible. They make highly irritating and repeated calls until you reach a point where you are helpless and you have no choice but to give in. The icing on the cake is the vague mention and assurance of moneyback if the course doesn’t suit the interest of the participant. I was deceived in the same way.

          I am a freelancing GST consultant and wasn't interested in advertising or expanding any business or learning a new technology. I was told about the Digital Marketing Specialist course through one of my friends. Out of curiosity to know about the course, I searched for it online and landed at Simplilearn website. It asked for mail ID, phone numbers and other basic details. Within a day, I was contacted by a salesperson (Kousalya) who started her job of convincing me to opt in for the course. There were rigorous follow-ups every day to convince me to take the course despite my hesitation that it wouldn’t help me. She offered heavy discounts saying she is channelising scholarships on her quota (to be given for various candidates) to me as I was referred by a friend.

          Now note this. The price of the Digital Marketing Specialist course isRs.75000. When I cited that a friend enrolled for a much lower price, there was a straight discount of Rs 15000 lowering the fees of the course to Rs. 60000. I kept ignoring their calls and finally it came down to almost a 50% reduction in the fee i.e Rs.35000. Not getting convinced enough, i still denied to commit joining to the course. Here’s where this lady produced her trump card, A full refund or money back. She said after attending a week's classes, if I still felt that the course wasn't for me, I could reach them for moneyback. At this point, I didn’t have anything to lose and placing my trust on simplilearn based on the refund policy, I felt that the course is really worth exploring as there was assurance on moneyback.

          So I agreed hoping that I can quit and get my money if the subject doesn't interest me.
          I followed all that the lady asked me to do, the payment guidance, the logging into the website, the introduction to the dashboard of LMS etc. I provided my debit card details, and opted for EMI a week ahead of the course start time. Note that, I had the faintest idea that this would end up being a sore point in the entire refund experience. Read forward to understand more.

          After my first session, I felt the subject was beyond my understanding and so I promptly contacted the sales person (Kousalya) who sold the course to me to help me to get a refund. I was asked to raise a refund request from the dashboard (where I filled in my details earlier). Here, I got the shock of my life. It said i was not eligible for refund as i had crossed 7 days of purchase of the course. What puzzles me to this date is how can one ask for a refund without attending or experiencing at least a session in the first place. What I was communicated by Kousalya (i.e the sales executive) was that it would be within 7 days of attending the session. I reached out to multiple people from escalations, sent out multiple mails. Every time there was a template reply which said the refund was not possible. I had once addressed mail to the CEO (Krishna) too. Yet my case had no resolution.

          Here’s a quick Chronology of events:

          Date of first call from Sales Executive (Kousalya): 04 April 2021
          Date of registration into portal: 12 April 2021
          Date of course start: 19 April 2021
          Date until which refund should be applicable: 25 April 2021 (i.e 7 days from the course start date)
          Date until which refund was applicable: 19 April (i.e course start date)

          My plea for a refund has been rejected on the ground of a breach of refund policy whereas the date of calculation of refund policy itself is a mistake. Despite multiple pleas, my refund has been rejected and the first installment of Rs 3, 116.82/- has also been debited from my account (debit card).

          Simplilearn has quirky refund policies and an awful customer support and escalation team that exist only to rob people of their hard earned money. They have zero empathy and their primary motto is to only make money even if it is at the expense of looting others. They have no remorse for such unprofessional acts. This is how they earn profit and pump in money to use for their marketing.

          Do not fall for false promises and assurances for they never mean to keep them. There are much better e-learning platforms that are more professional. Avoid Simplilearn at any cost!!

            This is mritunjai. First please take my note simplilearn is the worst platform. Once they get money they really don't care about anything else. Its been more then 4 months that my issue hasn't yet resolved. At the time of the admission these guys suggested me wrong course. Then the problems started after joining the course. I raised my concern to them their senior told me that this course is not for you you were suggested wrong course. Now i asked them to stop my EMI because this course is not for me but now they can't. So that i want my full refund now. This is hard earn money, these people can't understand this thing. Their customer support is the worst customer support i have ever seen. I will go further if my problem will not resloved.

              I enquired about a course and one of the agents named Bharat contacted me to help me with details of the course and fees and also informed me that I am eligible for a scholarship for the course Data Scientist and then asked me to check from my card whether EMI option is available or not and when I clicked on the link provided by Bharat to check EMI option he assured me that it is only to check eligibility and no charges or EMI will start. However, afterwards I received email from bank that my EMI will start deducting from May 2021 which I was shocked to see how he did fraud . I called the CUSTOMER care and informed to cancel the order and they assured me that order cancellation has been done and refund has been issued however I am still getting notification from bank that EMI will be deducted . I am trying to get this issue resolved and everytime I call they disconnect the call and also not responding to my emails. I have the TT number 00871489 and the refund ID : 13071 which are incorrect and fraud . It's been more than 25 days and my issue is still not resolved. These guys are completely fraud and bloody ###. I now will have to register complaint with the consumer department and will file the case in court and demand the shut down of this company and also demand high compensation to teach them a lesson.

                Ne of the worst training service providers I have ever seen. I am putting this post up before I legally have this team penalised.

                The training coordinator Premjith robbed my friend made us pay the full amount for the Agile Prince 2 certification. Promised the support in helping us with the exam schedule and stuff. Been three long months now where he kept saying cock and bull stories and finally all our numbers are blocked.

                I am proceeding legally on this and will file below charges
                1. He looting our money
                2. Harassement
                3, Miss sell of the program
                4. 3 months of holding the money
                5. Your team irresponsivemenss
                6. He finally blocking as manny as three numbers of ours

                  My mail inbox is getting filled with simplilearn ads. While checking one of simplilearn mail, it directed to their website and opened some chat box. I started chatting and enquiring the guy about my doubts. Instead of responding my queries they keep on asking my mobile number. I informed that i cannot provide mobile number as i am not allowed to carry mobile to office as per office rules and provided my mail id. They are trying to frighten me through continuous mail saying that they are removing my request etc., this created panic to me and could not able to concentrate on work. Please help.

                    I have given the exam on ITIL CDS but results were not submitted and no response was given to me on screen after click on end of exam.

                    Later they asked me to repay the fees because my result was failed.

                    This person - deepika.[protected]@simplilearn.net had sent an email to get some high level approval and after that no communication.

                    I have sent couple of reminder but no one responding now. What i feel is it's cheating institute for looting money.

                      I got a call from Simplilearn person "Musthaq Ahamed Shamshad" - musthaq.[protected]@simplilearn.net, he and his manager " premjith.[protected]@simplilearn.net" forced me to take the course. Even i told i don't have money but still they forced me to register some portal "(Propelld)".

                      Even there i am not eligible for the amount they mentioned for the course, but still they asked me to don’t enter your monthly paying EMI and continue to register.

                      Still now I haven’t started the course and I don’t like to do any course in Simplilearn. In the email they stated – Ref below

                      “As we discussed on the phone. We will provide you a 100% refund policy, If you are not liking the course after attending 2 classes then you can go for 100% refund. Just send a mail to us anytime we will initiate the refund in the next 72 hours the amount will be credited to your account.

                      For further clarification please feel free to contact us.”

                      But I have sent many emails and escalated as well, no response yet. Simplilearn is not legitimate portal to do the course. I am not ready to pay the EMI to Propelld. I literaly got cheated by Simlilearn sales person Musthaq Ahamed Shamshad who is responsible for all this. Even I have pinged on Whatsapp but he will not respond nor in the Email.

                      Please help me to get the refund from Simplilearn.

                        I do not want Simplilearn course offers and this is my final decision.
                        I have given enough time for Simplilearn to close my refund and money back.
                        And I did not hear back anything for the fake committed audio proof which I have submitted and Simplilearn do not have a word for that and in the fake committed audio clearly states Simplilearn mis-selling of the course and fraud business making techniques.

                          Simplilearn employees does not have any co ordination between them in resolving the tickets. They do not have any SLA's in getting resolving the ticket. But their marketing strategy is excellent in honey trapping the students to get enrolled in their course.

                          Kunal Gurung from Simplilearn blindly replying in mail without any proper investigation that I have completed their capstone projects. But the truth is that I did not submit any of the projects or attended the capstone classes and it's not completed as per he said. Simplilearn knows their drawback and they behind some reasons in rejecting my refund request.

                          Another person (Aathir Laeeque) from Simplilearn replied to my ticket saying that he has forwarded to some team and no reply after that from him. After continuous follow up on my side another person Arpan from Simplilearn asking for the reason on the same ticket as if like they are not aware of it (every details shared earlier) and this issue is being running for more than 6 months now.
                          Simplilearn is playing drama on their customers and making it delay like anything on my refund and money back.

                          Till now nobody from Simplilearn came back after investigating on the fake committed audio proof which I have submitted and they do not have a word on that.

                            This was the latest reply I got from one of the Simplilearn learning consultant Athir Laeeque for the fake committed audio proof I have submitted.

                            But I did not get any response/follow up after that. Shows Simplilearn is very Irresponsible and I am following up for the same from past 6 months.

                            Please find the attached screenshot of ticket.

                            I need my hard earned money back .

                              I can not get a hold of anyone from customer service for straight 7 days a week, but you can get connected to a salesperson right away. How funny is that? I have a question/resolution request and I can not even find any person to talk to. Their voice answering system and routing are a joke. It says always you are the 2nd in line, and when you are the 1st in line, the voice system forwards you to the voicemail. It's a common trick they are playing to make you get tired and stop calling them! I will not let this one go and do my best to go viral on them. They may know the coding and IT stuff, but they are not aware of the power of social marketing and bad influence and user experience on their sales tactics. Game on Simplilearn, you will simply learn this the hard way!

                                Today I have got a response from Abhilarsh Jayaraman from Simplilearn and he rejecting my refund (attached same) stating 7 days refund policies. This is their another trap and nobody can judge their course structure and fake promises within 7 days attending 1 class. And I have already submitted the fake committed recordings proof and nobody from Simplilearn investigating my issue from past 6 months. This all are their business making techniques.
                                They are just closing my tickets without resolving. Anyhow I need my money back when I am not benefiting anything from their course.

                                  I did not get any satisfied response from Simplilearn yet for the proof I have submitted and they are just ignoring without any response to the ticket and not even calling back if we ask for a call back request. It's been 6 months now I have been following up on the refund. I do not want their course and I want my hard earned money back.

                                    I am writing to you today in with heavy frustrating pain and to explain the bad the experience I had with simpler learn, the worst experience I have never come across any unprofessionalism to this extent anywhere till date.

                                    firstly let me give you brief of past and what exactly i facing problems from simplilearn, when i was trying to search information about Data science in google .i don't know how our data went to simplilearn and one day i got call from simplilearn sales excutive regarding promoting courses to study .and i said there is lot of resources is there online study Data science.then i said thank you and disconnected the call .but on same day i got another call from another executive saying like sir if taking this from us means you will get 100% placement and right nowwe ill make u RS 10000 discount His name is Mr.Vishnu Vardhan and said u just pay Rs 35000/- .even i don't know what is course actual fees and how much other institutes taking .ok leave it ..now ill come main part after having talk with Vishnu Vardhan i said no yaar i don't have money. i con't afford to course and i disconnected the call, next morning again i got call saying am manager of Vishnu Vardhan she name is Ms.Kavya, She asking think he already spoken with what u decided then i said there is nothing to decided am not interested .but all are started to forcing me giving fake promises like no need pay ..u just join class let you satisfied then u can continue but am still not interested that time also again i took 2 days .they have calling continuously everyday and forcing to join .later i came one decision .let i join see experience. If everything is good ill continue i said to sales executive he said very big thank you . but at same time they asked my Aadhar card in name of registration and they have took one OTP also from me .after two days i got mail from
                                    "ZEST MONEY " with subject of your loan is approved .then i got know that they have trapped me immediately i called ZEST MONEY and said i haven't applied any loan to zest money but they have saying u took one subscription in SIMPLILEARN and the money already transferred to simplilearn .this is situation what to do to whom i need to contact .then i called to Sales executives promoted to me Vishnu Vardhan and Kavya and i shouted on them .but after completing all kind of communication there is no use .finally i called to simplilearn customer support no.of times one day its connected they sir u can attend the classes i[censored] not satisfied with our content u can cancel the course they given assurance .for me there is no any other option then i started to attend classes may be from 14.12.2019 to 05.01.2020 .even i paid two EMI's also because of CIBIL score .but second week of JANUARY-2020 i had serious health issue and i went to hospital had check-ups and all, after all check-ups doctor suggested to admit from this time till November 18-2020 i am not contacted simplilearn until am getting a loan recovery calls from ZEST MONEY .then i started to sending mail to simplilearn and started follow-up .first mail no response, second mail no response, customer support number not working, sales executives not picking calls. After giving review in website they only directly called me and asked everything and said am send the mail to our operations team they will get back to you .but still there no response but ZEST MONEY tourchering me like animal and asking to pay due EMI's.

                                    on August-2020 i have discharged from hospital and went to my village and taking rest. now am un-employed how can i afford to due EMI's .so please help me to get loan cancellation letter, for closing the loan, as i said earlier i paid two EMI's i don't want amount let you guys take and enjoy but please close loan .(Contact#[protected])

                                      I have already provided them fake audio committed recording proof to Simplilearn which one of the Simplilearn executive who made the fake promises about industry experience certificate from Amazon.

                                      Attaching the response which I got from Simplilearn today which stating after investigation and they are not even investigate and mentioning anything on the fake promise they have given to me on the industry experience certificate from Amazon (with proof) and directly saying not able to provide refund. This clearly shows their business making techniques and honey trapping the students.

                                      When someone do not want to continue their course why are they forcing us to take their classes.

                                      I have raised multiple tickets and its been 5 months now I am following up with Simplilearn on the same and already wasted my time.
                                      I want my hard earned money back from Simplilearn as early as possible.
