As I raised ticket to Simplilearn to have a call back from Suyash (one of the Simplilearn executive) and Simplilearn promised that will give me a call back. But I have not received any. And also Suyash replied that he was looking into the issues for the proof I have submiited. Attached the same.

I am not understanding why it has taken two months for Simplilearn to reply now that Suyash is not the right person to look into my...

Enrolled a course but not allowing me to register classes

I have enrolled in a course in simplilearn two months ago. I have to register to join online training but it never allowed me to register. I'm trying to resolve the issue with them for 2 weeks and there is no right response seeing from them. I contacted the account manager multiple times over the email, never got a response from him. Then I reached out to customer support by raising a ticket, after 3 follow-ups got a response but not provided...

Fake Promises About The Course.

I have registered for "Master Program Data Analyst" from Simplilearn on the 15th of august, on the very first call, the counselor made fake promises about the course just to get me enrolled in it.
1. He said the course is live and interactive (ALL THE MODULES), but only a few of them are live.
2. He simply mentioned that after completing each module I will be receiving (INDUSTRIAL CERTIFICATES FROM COMPANIES SUCH AS AMAZON)...

NOBODY Is responding from the customer delight TEAM

This is the worst service I have ever received from any company.
They take your money, but they don't bother listening, let alone solving your queries. Today is 6th Jan, 2021. I have been raising almost 10 requests from October, 2020 and yet it is not resolved.
I am unable to attend my classes or do anything.
This is ridiculous.
WORSTTTT!

Not receiving calls

I had got admission in this company 10 months ago. At very the beginning they used to take calls and solve issues. But from last few months, it is getting impossible to reach the customer care services. I am facing project-related issues and can not complete my projects. They have the facility to solve the project related issues. But it seems impossible as every time I call them they make me stay in the queue for a quite long period of time....

Customer service

Nobody helps after we pay for the course. I have been trying to reach the learning consultant from 3 days but no one is there to help. When i call, they answer but wont talk. They will be on mute. After raising service tickets they wont resolve it. I wanted to extend my assessment date and project submission date which they initially said they can if we contact them. But now no one is helping. Isnt this cheating. Before and after sale services...

Outstanding refund of 650

Despite being informed that a refund of £650 had been processed last month, this has still not been received within your stipulated cut-off date. Neither has a copy of the SWIFT remittance been provided confirming the payment has been made. It is impossible to get through to anyone in customer support - the telephone number just rings off and there are support tickets in relation to this refund which still remain unanswered....

Simplilearn : Simply cheating and Worst service

I won't recommend Simplilearn to anybody because they are fraud and cheating.
I have lost Rs 16, 000 already and they are again asking me to pay Rs 10, 700 for the mistake made by them.

course cancellation and refund

I have subscribed to the "dual pgp course for data science and ai" course in 13th february 2020. Immediately after subscription, instead of showing both data science and ai in the course page, i was only able to see data science assigned to me. This issue was only resolved at 18th february 2020. misrepresentation in website

When i registered for the course csm by selecting toronto location it showed me 699$. But after that my cc was charged for 935$ which was not acceptable and after which i called up simplilearn and they are saying its in usd but no where it was mentioned as usd in their website. I have raised a refund request for the same which is getting processed. Pfa the screen shots for the same....

cissp certification voucher

I have enrolled for cissp certification with exam voucher in year 2019. Post completion of training, i had requested for exam voucher. Where simplilearn examination team had asked about 4 tentative dates suitable for appearing for an exam and i shared tentative dates december 26, 2019 february 26, 2020 april 17, 2020 july 28, 2020.

Without informing me the exam team had booked the slot for december...

While enrolling the counselor enrolled me by saying that I can cancel the course any point of time during the course duration. And while enrolling I said her also that I want to start the course after a month not now. So she said yes it fine you enroll now because we are offering 35% discount and you might not get this later. So after getting multiple calls from her. I thought fine let take it as if I dnt like I can cancle it later..
