Simplilearn — Refund and money back

Hi, when last year march 2022 I enroll Data Science job guarantee program, the learning caunslate kavitha.B (mon no - [protected])said me that If we can't get you a guaranteed job up to 500000 per year, we will refund 100% and my career service validity was 11 nov 2022 to 11 may 2023 now its completed. I fulfill all term and condition now I am legal to refund my money
Now I raise ticket for refund then they say in reply that hmm will see your problem within 24-48 hours but 6 days have been completed. But i didn't get any solution if i raise the ticket now the support team says that the ticket is duplicate pls help me I am worry about me refund
