Simplilearn — Simplilearn is not giving PMP exam voucher

Hi,
I had purchaged the PMP exam voucher on[protected] by paying Rs. 34692(Including tax) and it was communicated by account manager that It will be valid for one year. Within one year any time I can schedule the exam. Now once I became ready for exam then Simplilearn is not giving the voucher. They are saying this has been expired on 29-Nov-2023. They are asking to re-purchage the voucher by paying the fee again. But I have already paid Rs. 34692 for this voucher on[protected]. Why should I re-purchage again? How simplilearn can keep the money without giving any service or product ? Now they are not responding to calls, mail and support ticket. Requesting Simplilearn to either give the exam voucher or refund the amount.
