I have enrolled in a Big data and Hadoop course from Simplilearn and they charged me Rs 18, 500 for a single course. I have paid such a big amount for this course only. Before enrollment I asked them that I want to enroll in Hadoop+Spark course. They said for this u need to pay around Rs. 30, 000. So I thought I will enroll for this course after this Hadoop course. After 2 month, I came to know from 2-3 participants that they have enrolled in Season Pass and Master Programme in which they have paid only Rs, 20, 000/- which consists of 6-7 courses. When I talked to Simplilearn people to update my plan to Master course or Season pass. They said no as 2months are already over and we can't update your plan because it will be a great loss to Simplilearn. But 1month is still pending and they can update my plan if they want but it looks like that they want that I can again pay Rs. 20, 000 for the Master or season pass programme. When I asked for Refund as I have charged Rs. 18, 500 and Master programme consists of 7courses that means Rs 20, 000/7=Rs.3, 000 approx for a single course.They said no we will not refund any money to u and moreover they changed their statement and said that I have asked about Hadoop only. They r liar. They are cheaters. They cheated me by taking such a big amount from me for a single course and didn't tell me about the Season Plan and Master programme. At the time of enrollment no one told me that they are offering Season pass and master programme. I was the only one who paid huge amount for this course. Moreover many of the trainers are not having knowledge. They just read the slides. Whenever we ask questions from them, they say anything whether it is wrong or right. So I will never recommend simplilearn to anyone because they r cheaters. They just want money and even they don't bother about the financial condition of the other person. It's better to learn the course from any other e-learning site and many r offering buy1 +get 1 free and for the life time access. Was this information helpful? |
