We have clearly mentioned the course access period for any course purchase on our site. Every course we sell comes with a validity period and would be expired by the end of it in case a participant is unable to finish the course within the said time we always provide extension based on the scenario.
Its unfortunate to know about your experience. Simplilearn has never appreciated misselling and disheartening to know your experience. Just that you are not satisfied with the course we always have a refund policy which gives you ample amount of time to go for a refund if in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Can you explain why the learning content/videos are not provided to the customer once the purchase is done?? Why does the purchase has an access time stamp? Its not a subscription. (However, its is treated like one, which is WRONG).
I have spoken to other learning companies and they have strictly informed me that once the purchase is done by the customer it's learning companies responsibility to provide that course material to the customer account without any time stamp.
I have paid for the purchase not a subscription. This means you are asking me to pay Rs.32500/- for a course just to have access for limited period??? Should a customer not be able to use or learn at their space without any restrictions?
This doesn't sound right to me. Does it for you ?
I have no issues with your courses, but, its not just, to charge such exorbitant fees, to only have access to your site.
If at all you cannot provide me the course material, at least i would request you to provide me unlimited access to the courses that i have purchased.
I travel a lot and always have no internet/network access. I want flexibility in the way i should be taking up this courses. I dont have all time to sit and complete these courses for the name sake without giving it any seriousness.
Please let me know your decision or i would request you to process my whole refund of every penny i have paid.
