My wife is been working from 6 months and has been regularly facing these issues whereas there has been disgusting management not understanding the meaning of hiring women employee in night shift... They hire the employees by 6:30-3:30 but then always my wife has been logging out at 5:30 if asked or complaint to manager they say it as "big day" celebration and makes the employee work for close to 12 hours. The manager uses abusive words like (Behen chod, #, madarchod) on the floor and insults them, when asked they say its a sales organization you have understand and get used to it. This is just so unprofessional in terms of rules for an employee to work in any organization or when it comes for women security there is escort given during log out when the female employee is dropped the last... Please requesting to all mens who read this do not send your wife/sister to this organization... There is no women safety and there is no women hr during night shift to complaint.
Humble request please take a strict action on this company for their fake promises by hr made during joining and denies after joining the company.

    I have enrolled for the amd201 course wide invoice no smpl_4pmdr02s5fz dated 24 feb 2018.
    With every call and chat i had with their support team was promised and assured for test environment to practice.
    But when i started learning and asked for handson practice. They said you enroll for instructor led programme then it will be provided.
    And assured that it's refund with in 7days is without any question
    But now when i am trying to get my refund they are not responding properly.
    Don't go and get cheated by this company and it's agents.

      I have taken itil® lifecycle expert program from simplilearn (Including exam vouchers) and finished all the courses in august 2017.
      After finishing courses in september 2017 i requested to get all exam vouchers at that time with the ticket numbered "121571" from simplilearn. The customer representative said me that i do not have to get all the vouchers at a time, i can get them any time even after the course expires in that ticket. Now i opened to get my vouchers with a current ticket number "182219", the customer representative requesting from me to pay extra amount because of price increase in axelos. I said "you did not inform be about this in the past, i am sure that i did not get any mail or telephone from me about this price increase in the past". The customer representative accept that but says i have to pay extra amount.

      Please help me, i do not want any favor, i am requesting my right that i deserved.

        My name is gaurav. I have enrolled for digial marketing associate (Dma) course. First thing their study material is not so good. They are providing only theoritical lectures which are of no use if you are planning to enter digital marketing field. But leave that part. No issues with that.
        Main thing is that their support after paying for course is very bad. They provide mimic pro support to do some practical things. I raised two times ticket, talked to their chat support so many times, but every time they are doing false promise. They are not giving me access to use mimic pro simulator for google adwords.

        When you are not enrolled to their program their representative used to call you to make you enroll with the program but now no one bother to assist you. I will not recommend simplilearn to anyone. If any one want to know reality of simplilearn they can contact me

          Simplilearn pmp training is the most dictatorial training i have ever seen for pmi-pmp. These people take your money to give you a formal 35 pdu training and then put hell lot o[censored]nnecessary conditions while giving you the certificate.

          First they just cover the pmp content in some audio – textual slides. And then they put condition for you to clear the simulation exam with minimum 80% score. Whereas this exam is like regular pmp exam and cannot be cleared if you are not reading pmbok. Also, asking you to submit a project plan from a project statement.

          I have not seen any authorized pmp training institutes do this. Pmp training institutes just give simulation tests and project templates for practice.

          Simplilearn do not have any provision for people who want to have training to have a feel of pmp content. If somebody do not have time to read pmbok, then your whole time and money wasted in training, as you won’t get the certificate.

          Who the hell is simplilearn to torture candidates like this? They do not highlight the criteria to obtain the training certificate while booking.

          Guys please think twice before registering from simplilearn trainings!

            I have some queries related to the course which i have enrolled and raised the 11 tickets according to that but till date no solution has been provided by simplilearn. They used to give fake promises regarding the course and the placement. Now i got to know that they are feku can not able to resolve the simple queries.               Simplilearn — called me 110 times to sign me up for a masters course in pmp and said they would give me discount, if i sign now etc...

              And bu hook or crook, they got me signed up after i made up the payment. Now, i am told there is a limited access to the course for 365 days only. So, my argument was if i was purchasing the content, it should be available for me offline too or i should be able to download or they should be able to provide me content.

              They said no, this is the policy that they dont provide content to the customer and is only limited for access for certain time period.

              So, i said its not a subscription and every online learning company provided the video content to the customer once they have purchased it. Simplilearn team didn't listen and are also not helping me with the refund.

              So, all in all i feel cheated and misguided. Please contact the company and make sure they provide me the whole courses materials that i have paid for and not to tell me about the limited time period etcc... (How is that even possible)???

              When we buy/purchase a basket of apples, do we return it to the retailer if cant finish it after a week?

              I have been live chatting and calling their support lines... No one is ready to assist. And, more over i am asked to do whatever i want and even go legal etc...

              I want everyone else to be aware of this situation and i will not stop here if they dont assist me.

              I would want everyone to be aware of simplilearn tactics.

Every course we sell comes with a validity period and would be expired by the end of it in case a participant is unable to finish the course within the said time we always provide extension based on the scenario.

              Can you explain why the learning content/videos are not provided to the customer once the purchase is done?? Why does the purchase has an access time stamp? Its not a subscription. (However, its is treated like one, which is WRONG).

              I have spoken to other learning companies and they have strictly informed me that once the purchase is done by the customer it's learning companies responsibility to provide that course material to the customer account without any time stamp.

              I have paid for the purchase not a subscription. This means you are asking me to pay Rs.32500/- for a course just to have access for limited period??? Should a customer not be able to use or learn at their space without any restrictions?

              This doesn't sound right to me. Does it for you ?

              I have no issues with your courses, but, its not just, to charge such exorbitant fees, to only have access to your site.

              If at all you cannot provide me the course material, at least i would request you to provide me unlimited access to the courses that i have purchased.

              I travel a lot and always have no internet/network access. I want flexibility in the way i should be taking up this courses. I dont have all time to sit and complete these courses for the name sake without giving it any seriousness.

              Please let me know your decision or i would request you to process my whole refund of every penny i have paid.

              Hey! Just thought I'd pitch in. When you sign up for a college course do you pay once and expect them to be there for you for a lifetime? That's not how the education industry works. Stop comparing it to apples, you only sound like a delusional person. Even if the course material is there, you can only use it for a certain duration of time. That' s how it is! I'm in no way related to this company but your ignorance is staggering even for a layman.

                1. They mentioned one online training course on their website, i have paid the money for that course. After payment they informed that course in not available and they assigned some different course.in that course also nothing is clear.

                  Hello Priyanka Munjal,
                  I remember your name from Syed Rizvi's batch. I tell you what happened. I was contacted by their sales guy who promised me that this course will be 100% useful in my career and the support is 24*7, trainers are world class, 3 months are there for you to attend as many batches as you want. And in total 6 months are there to submit the project.

                  Reality: 1)The worst part is their support. Noone is there to support and even after many follow ups someone comes back to you, he does not understand your issue and just sends any video he might have found on the youtube.
                  You will ask him about the right way to cut an apple with knife, he will send his reply on the beauty of Kashmir.

                  P.S. : Too many advises from from front line support will drive you nuts eg, posting your concern on COMMUNITY page and watching "how to use CLOUDLAB'.

                  2) You need to complete your course within 30 days from the last day of the batch you joined, so effectively within 2 months you need to submit the project otherwise they will give you additional tasks to get your certificate.

                  In short, never saw such an attractive course turning out to be so deceptive and full of fraud with false promises and poor management.

                    I had been interested in their online digital course, but was only going to take it if my company provided the funding. I was in touch w one of their reps who allowed me to sample a 20 min webinar. I reiterated to him that my company did not have the funding to put me through the class and I would contact him if/when that did happen. Since April 2016, they have not stopped contacting me, even after several requests to remove my name from their system (email and phone). I have exchanged Tweets w their customer service but their email customer service is non existent. It is getting to the point where I'm feeling harassed, aggravated, and just want them to leave me alone. I would like to be able to fully opt-out and prevent them from contacting me. Today's date is Sept. 28, 2016 and I have several emails to them requesting them to stop contacting me. They have gone unheard.

                      Such a fake company.. they always say we r available 24*7hrs and whenever I message in a chat window at night to enroll for some thing or some other thing. They always say we don't have access for this specially Alex and Shelly and u can drop an email. I have a project monitoring session at 10a.m and I didnt receive any email from them and when I talked to simplilearn people, they said drop an email. the email are answered in 2-3 days till then the session will be over. If the people working in simplilearn don't have access to help us then what they guys are doing there. Technical people come at around 2-3pm and leave at around 7-8pm. Noboday is there to solve the problems. FAKE GUYS

                        Simplilearn is just a lala chaap company. At the time of enrollment they pretend themselves as a best provider of digital marketing training with placements and all, but when i joined it all the promises and commitments seems to be fake.

                        The internet problem and connection problems were highly irritating. The faculties were not good at all. They all are in hurry to close the batch so that they can enroll other batches.

                        Really disgusting behavior. Irresponsible and shameless staff. I feel nothing positive

                        Simplilearn is a big big big liar. Please don't spoil anyone hard earn money!

                          Very bad experience with simplilearn. Their online classes were too boring and trainers were not be able to communicate with the students properly.

                          The main concern was the trainer's voice which was not so clear in quality. The connection was too poor and classes were stopped in between by trainer due to error in the network.

                          The overall course was not that much good as they told during counselling . Their placement services were too bad, i don't even get any mails or calls related to placement or anything.

                          Third class facilities. Low standard online classes . Internet issues are always there in the online class. noting is good. don't it, and if you join it then immediately ask for your money back...

                          Better go for youtube rather than enrolling here. They will quote you big amount but will give you good discount after that just to get you enrolled. Training quality is extremely bad

                            It is one of the worst institute ever. Once you enroll in the course, everything starts running against you. There is no good facility. You will be brainwashed by the counselor that we have excellent training, placements, trainers etc.

                            The classes were online and too boring. Except very few trainer, others are just killing time and wasting our money. The standard of training and curriculum was not up to date. Very disappointed with Simplilearn.

                              Poor quality training / poor customer support

                              Feeling shame about your poor customer support. Having major technical issue in your LMS. Raised the ticket number 804979. More than 5 days over, everyday If i call to know the status, same reply. - "Tomorrow it will get fix.". You people don't have any proper testing team before to make any change in production. Even the quality of the class room training also poor. Wrote an email to your customer team. No reply from the customer support...

                              Please be careful with this company's policies !!! I had a horrible experience since last 1+ yrs.
                              They would not refuld you if you try it on the 7th day of Trial Period. You must either NOT take trial... Or request
                              IN WRITING that you want refund, well before 5-6 days... Else you are DOOMED :( :(

                              I had this bad experience for Tech Masters' Trial Program !! Their Sales Manager does not pick up call on 7th day, and I am doomed! You loose on 45 K !

                                This is just to warn many software developers, IT consultants conducting part-time training might be contacted by a online/classroom training company 'Simplilearn', asked to empanelled with them as trainer & would sent you a so-called contract without any official sign of their management, some ladies & guys from Bangalore actually handle all stuffs, making IT consultants fool in the name of training & educating people. After sending you contract, they would start pressurize you to take up a training batch, mostly 40 hours in 4 days .an entire technology people would learn just in 4 days!! After you finished training probably 20 hours in a whole weekend, then on next week onwards they would start sending you fake feedbacks on the name of attendees, where most of all guilt's are holding by either customer support team or sales (like participants complains about no slides prior sent to them, no proper timings scheduled with trainer, the demo scripts provided to trainer what trainers are bounded to follow are very low graded.no upgradation of content materials etc). Trainers are just pet animals with no freedom of sharing their own knowledge, code, practical guidance on technology. To fool students & make bonded trainer they would mention all these bonded contents in the contract. After all, when you would ask about your working compensation, they would decline to pay, actually they make & control the entire process such a way .. the trainers get fooled such that taking the service from him/her & no need to pay by showing some false & fake feedback's in the name of participants. On the other side, they already take money from the students before enrollment. Two way gaining & two way loss by the students & trainers. For students & trainers, please dont trust this company & to the trainers- dont waste your valuable time by serving these company, they dont bother /respect your time & knowledge.

                                Your feedback is very right. This is a company run by cheaters and they have completely forgotten to focus on building a good quality content. Simplilearn course contents are definitely not worth the money, because of the very bad and low quality course content, even after paying and attending their training, the participant won't get benefit as there is no real learning happening due to bad course content. Mostly the participants will have to find that they have to start from zero even after attending Simplilearn trainings. I would recommend all participants to stay away from Simplilearn and don't waste your money.
                                So far they owe me thousands and haven't paid me a penny. Total scam.

                                  I was looking for an online course to Togaf 9.1(stage-1, 2) training course and inquired with simplilearn over their website. 2 days later, got a call from their sales rep explaining me the course details and negotiated the price & perks. he sent me the quote which says full refund if we want to cancel this. I paid 1000$ for online course+ instructor led course+ material(downloadable) after paying, I need to call them to get access to the courses, after repeated calls.they gave access to the course and asked me to check online to my suprise, they added an online recordings. immediately, I raised a refund request with their customer care. its been exactly 16 days that I have raised refund request and still no clue on when will they refund the amount.i kept checking with them and their response is "waiting for BU head's decision and will update me" I am planning to wait for few more days and willing to file a fraud law suite here in US(checked with one of friend who is into law) so, be aware.of online courses.its a big lie and fraud. once you pay everything.u will be doomed.

                                    Back some time, Simpliearn contacted me online and asked me to help them to conduct a training for their clients who had signed up for their course. As I checked on Linkedin, Simpliearn seems to have many online accounts and claimed to be heavily invested by venture cap; so i thought it should be quite safe to do the course for them in my country and I would be paid as promised. They even offered their NDA (with their boss signature on it) to sign (You would've feel that this is a genuine deal, wouldn't you?) The day before the training, Simpliearn's Stacey Taylor (which I later found out to be a fake name used by their account manager on Linkedin [using a westerner profile picture] - her real name is some long Bangladeshi name [with a Bangladeshi lady profile picture she accidentally reveal on whatsapp] called to tell me they do not have a training room arranged and that I've to do the training in local cafes for 2 days. She told me it would be alright and asked me to pay for all the printing, scanning, logistics, food expenses first and she promised that Simplilearn would pay me back the expenses and training fee after the 2 day training. She emailed and called using a usa hunting number to beg me to help her out... which i reluctantly agreed (unfortunately i was naive). When the 2 students (Simplilearn's clients) arrived on the first day of the training, i was shocked to learn from them that they had actually paid online to Simpliearn many months before but their classes were continually re-scheduled for no good reasons. And Simplilearn refused to refund them when requested. They revealed to me "Their online 90 days is useless crap and often not working, its just their tactic to keep your money. They demand you pay upfront by paypal and then keep delaying / rescheduling the classes till you finally give up. And they will never give you a refund when they fail to deliver every time! And give you lots of excuses. It is what we call a Snake-Oil company that trumpet their ‘successes’ to get you in." Luckily the 2 students are understanding that I am only a 'last-minute' stand-in freelance trainer and we conducted the 2 days course with a conclusive EXIN exams. 2 weeks later, they told me they passed the exam. Since then, I've been emailing Simpliearn for my rightful training fee and expenses claim. Initially, they bounced the email to their so-called finance and even their seemingly management (Dinesh Kumar and Krishna Kumar). After several correspondences for months, they still could not give me a good reason why they are delaying the payment. In the end, they simply ignored my emails. Till today, they have made no attempt to pay me. These are my personal lessons learnt: 1. Never trust a Bangladesh Company (search wikipedia and you'll know why). 2. Even if they sign a contract with you such as a NDA, it doesn't matter to them if they honor it or not. Strange culture indeed... 3. Many of the identities they use online are fake 4. They make use of foreign trainers to boost their profile but may scam these trainers and move on to other trainers. 5. Learn from the clients, it says a lot. 6. EXIN? ... to check on the training provider? What do you think? Today, whenever I see online viral articles sharing about how their boss gets million dollars investments from VC, I laugh loudly to myself [especially at those notable sites for sharing blindly the old news] and wonder how that is possible when they cannot even pay up a few bucks owed to people who service them... Why don't they call themselves simplicheat or simpliscam instead? So...If, by any chance, you are asked to be their trainer and having read my story, you still insist to go ahead to deal with them... then good luck! Maybe you can make sure you get your training fee paid first before you conduct any training for them? Or., , , If, by any chance, you have signed up for a course with them and having read my story, you still insist to go ahead to deal with them... then good luck too! Maybe you can try to get them to refund you immediately and see what shameless tricks they will use next? Last words... I've since moved on and avoided many sickening deals with Bangladesh companies after this experience. If you are hoping for their government to close Simplilearn down, dream on ... as Bangladesh is the most corrupted country in the world.
