[Resolved]  Simplilearn — Simplilearn not fulfilling the commitment

I enrolled in their TOGAF program, paid ₹35K for training and certification, completed the course, and was advised to wait for TOGAF 10 for an additional ₹6K. After paying and completing the requirements, they now refuse to provide the exam voucher, citing the exam tab is frozen. there's a clear misalignment between the student advisor and the exam team. Simplilearn advisor emailed Simplilearn exam team based on the commitment to provide exam access, but the exam team refuses, citing policies. This shows the marketing team is misleading students. Despite repeated emails, Simplilearn refuses to honor their commitments, only offering to return ₹6K.
