Team, I enrolled myself in PMP Elite course in Jan’24 and completed my online classes in Feb’24. Next step was to submit my application to PMI which was completed in June’24 and now I can appear for final exam till June 2025. But on 18 Dec I got to know from Komal (komal.[protected]@simplilearn.net) and Helpdesk team that My Exam Voucher expired and now I need to re-purchase and pay 41k again to enroll myself for the PMP exam which is shocking news as no one ever told me about this.
Komal being my account manager never informed me about this which she should have been (being my account manager). Even when I contacted helpdesk in May 2024 (req# #[protected] to extend the validity of the exam voucher, they also didn’t inform me that this is the last time they are extending it and I will have to pay 41k again in future if I don’t schedule my exam now.
I also like to share that Komal was assigned as my account manager in Mar’2024 but after interacting with her few times I realized that she is doesn’t have the right skill set so I reached out to Simplilearn helpdesk to help me in my PMP application and also asked them to change my account manager but that never happened. Pls extract my chat from helpdesk of May 24 when following request #02383945 was raised and refer to it.
I request someone Senior in the organization to investigate it and help me as 41k is not a small amount to pay as we all are working professionals with limited sources of income.
Also like to highlight that this is my second course from Simplilearn earlier I completed Prince 2 Certification in 2019 and never had such issue because then account manager Shikha was very efficient and helpful. Was this information helpful? |
