Singer India — After sale service and misbehavior of technician

Dear Sir,

I had very bitter experience with the technician of this company (SINGER). I had purchased a cooler with a promise for after sale service. After 9 months there was a fault in this cooler and i went to customer care of this company. Company assigned me a technician who promised to visit me on 23 june 2016 but he didn't came. Then i called him and he made false promises of 24 and 25 june 2016. Again on 26 june, sunday i called him and he said he will visit may place in the afternoon but he didn't came. I am a busy man with my job and my family and these people play with us like this. Now in this extremely hot weather what can i do ? Else the model of cooler of this company is in that way that local electrician can not help me. Now today the technician called me threatened me that do what you can do, he will not entertain me as a customer. Is this a way to give service? I am very upset with this type of behavior. I think his management is supporting him otherwise how dare anyone can talk to customer like that. Surely you should do something like either ban these products in the market or force these type of companies to help customer rather humiliate them ..
