On 5 march 2019 from jyoti electricals, nehru nagar kanpur. Sr. No. 06176.
Equipment was recharged 48 hours before using but running for only 30 min. So i complained and battery was changed by electrician. But its light was dimmed. I purchased above model from laxmi plaza, kharghar. 410210 on 12th april 2019.

I make a complaint one week before, company call me and told to send mechanic for sewing machine for repair, if necessary we replace, but till today no action taken. If this attitudes show buy singer reps, then i go to higher authority and if required i go to consumer court also.
