It is humble request to you that I bought Singer fan heater heat blow 2000 watts, HSN code-8516, throw paytm,
purchasing date-21/12/19, the heater's body and plug both are burn on 26/12/19, please change the heater or refund my money because the heater's body is burn and fan is not working also, paytm order id-[protected].
I hope that my complaint will be processed immediately and I will be satisfied.

Have purchased singer swing machine from amazon on 24.06.19 & after that no one contacted from company i only requested for demo in online on 27.06.19...& i got a call from techician with contact no [protected] on 29.06.19 stating he wil visit today & due to which we have to postpone all our works but he didnt turn up on even on sunday & again he called up on 02.07.19 stating he will visit today... I said i dont required any demo from ur side & immediately he was asking me to send the sms to him which i got it from the company... This is what the singer company providing service to customers... Not bother about customers

I am purchased singer mixture grinder dated 1.5.2019 defective product is delivered by Reliance Smart purulia road Ranchi jharkhand shop after 4, 5 days I am complain to singer Representative Reliance Smart for replacement of product but not replaced as on dated I am already return to product to Reliance Smart .so I requested to you please replace my product .singer mixer grinder is sparking heavy and also checked by Reliance Smart representative .

Sir, i had purchased a emergency light srl - 3601
On 5 march 2019 from jyoti electricals, nehru nagar kanpur. Sr. No. 06176.
Equipment was recharged 48 hours before using but running for only 30 min. So i complained and battery was changed by electrician. But its light was dimmed. So again complained complain no.[protected] march 2019) but after replacing the battery, light was running about 30 min after full recharge. Now at this time after proper recharging, light is not emitting for single minutes.
I have complained on 16 april, complain no. Is 1296717.
Request again to you kindly replace complete product by new one within 1-2 dates.
If it will not replace, i will bound to raise this complaint to consumer forum.

I purchased above model from laxmi plaza, kharghar. 410210 on 12th april 2019.
After that i am in continuous touch with service engineer mr. Ganesh gosavi ([protected]) & technician mr. Mohd. Shahajad shaikh ([protected]) till today (21st april 2019) for demo of machine. But i am not getting support from both of them. Due to this, i am not able to run the sewing machine & machine is lying idle.
I am losing my business (4dresses) per day and profit of 1600 rupees. This way i have suffered a loss of 14400 rupees. I would like to request you to send the person at an earliest for demo of machine and the compensation cheque of 14400 indian rupees. If not replied within two working days, the issue will escalated to consumer court for further processing.

I make a complaint one week before, company call me and told to send mechanic for sewing machine for repair, if necessary we replace, but till today no action taken. If this attitudes show buy singer reps, then i go to higher authority and if required i go to consumer court also. My sewing machine got two defect, first it skip threading and thread breaking at regular interval. Mechnic repair this defect, but after some time these defect again occurs. Please take action or replace this machine.

I buy sewing machine two month back. I got two problem, one is thread and needle broken in between operation and second it skip threading in operation. I complained the same to customer care, they send mechanic two time, but after repairing done, the same problem exist again and again. I m not satisfy with this branded machine operation. Request replaced my sewing machine with new one to avoid calling u again and again. It will make me trust on this brand again after a sad experience o[censored]r product.

This side semerpreet singh i have brought merrit machine on 01/03/2018 from sharma electronics sector 19 c chandigarh but machine cannot working properly i have give machine many times to shopper but he cannot satisfied us and asking you have to come again by again?
I also talk with customer care but he asked you give machine to shopper.

If company cannot take any action we will go to consumer court.

I have been continuously complaining about the product singer snack maker which i purchased from homeshop18, since i have received it, the complaint number provided by homeshop18 is hs[protected], no solution to the problem is yet given to me. There is no service station no dealer available in bhavnagar. I brought a singer 9 fin oil filled heater on 12/01/2018 from omesh electronics lucknow, on 13/01/2018 when i opened the product it was not working properly and the toll free number was not functional, so i called on the landline number and got my complaint registered on the 15/01/2018
And was told that my problem will be resolved by 18/01/2018 but no one came to vist, on my multiple complaints on 19/01/2018, engineer came on visit and told that the product is not functional and has some defects which can be repaired, but i told that i dont want the product to be repaired as it is a manufacturing defect and want either the money to be refunded or the product to be replaced but in turn the cce ritu said that both the things are not possible and the product will only be repaired.

I have purchased a singer sewing machine with serial number [protected] model: sew delight from incs canteen naval base visakhapatnam on[protected]. It is not working. While i am trying to sew thread starts to wound in lower bubbin and machine stops. Therefore i am unable to sew due to this problem which is very bad for me because more sewing is pending which has been planned before purchasing of this new machine.

I brought singer manual machine from hal airforce canteen... Now i realize that why i brought this brand machine... Lots of spares is misses inside the boxs... I called that area dealer number he reacts very rudely... I called customer service number also they also talk nonsensely... I have purchase singer cooler one year ago, from date when i receive this cooler i start facing problem to still date after one year, many times i think that why i purchase singer product. I face problem around 7-8 times in single year (4 months o[censored]se) and i raise complete 7-8 time, every time someone comes and solve my complaint but every time they lost some screws, cooler part etc. My first complaint on same day when it deliver to me and my last complaint on same day of my warranty expire. I request to something so i did not have to face this problem again but next day of my warranty expire i face same problem and it stop working again. I open it my self and repair it but that time i found that many screws are missing and many parts are missing. Even use of 4 month singer product is not working. So, i realize that this product is very bad for use. Now my warranty is over and it's stop working again. I think i made mistake on not sending this product back when i receive not working product. This is my mistake to buy singer product.

I have singer sewing machine qap no -3965 purchase just couple months back, model no.3965. Unfortunately machine is not working from last 3 months properly facing huge issues, we have logged the complaint twice through dealer and executive visited twice however not got yet proper resolution and a permanent fixed up, why we'll purchased a brand product if the issue is within only couple of month from the purchase date.

I need a resolution and permanent fixed up asap or immediate replace the product without 2nd though as we are facing issues multiple times under warranty period and if period will over who will be owner.

I have singer rotomatic sewing machine purchase 5 years back model no.974. unfortunately machine is not working and i took it to customer care center in at vijayatalkies center, vijayawada, they examined and took Rs.500/- to get a belt and make it run to identify the problem. they called me and told that they have to replace the gears which are not available now because this model is outdated. again i spoke to customer care executive they...

This is to say with great regret that the Singer Food processor which is being purchased by us recently is producing very much noise whereas it should run smoothly. The technical engineer came to our place checked and gave us no solution, simply said that this machine has no issues, this will be like this only. We have used Maharaja, Sujata and even local machines...even those machines never produced this much sound. Singer is the oldest and we never expected this kind of revert from the renowned company or brand. We found this quality very poor. We are okay if this can be replaced otherwise refund our money or we will go to consumer court.
