Skechers — manufacturing defect

I purchased skechers shoes from flipkart and after 20 days i found that in one shoes have some defect in stitch and i shared the complain with customer support after 35 days continously following up now they reply that is not any manufacturing defect while pictures are clearly shown that is manufacturing defect. I checked that shoes from skechers stores locally and they agreed that is manufacturing defect but due to online shopping they can't replace the shoes. Now i am helpless. This is my first and worst experience with skechers. I will not purchase any product of this company as well as suggest to others also if they can not provide such kind of customer satisfaction or assistance that means i have to rethink about the company products. I want to replace my shoes, kindly help me.
