Slice Mini account closure and Information deletion.

For 3 months I have been contacting Slice for my account closure. After 3 months they closed my slice borrow account and i got NOC for the same but then they activated the slice mini account without my permission and now its been 4 months i have been requesting them to close it but they are not acting on it and today as i spoke to the slice executive priyanka she told me just to log out of the account and delete the application. This is not acceptable as they are not ready to delete my Personal Information off their system. After I raise the ticket they put it in the resolved queries section and I'm attaching the screenshots regarding the same. I simply want them to delete all my personal information from their system and delete my account and log me out of the app so that i know everything has been deleted and I would also like it if they can give proof regarding the same. Please look into this matter as it has been more than 4 months.

I made a withdrawal of rs 10000 from slice mini account on 12 Jan and the transaction got successfull on 27 Jan after 15 days from date of actual transaction but the amount Is still not credited to my account I.e niyo global account.
It's been more tha 30 days a month and no resolution has yet passed on this matter.
Please help me regarding this.

Student Harrassment
I took a loan from slice for my parents but i wasn't able to pay the amt and i delayed 23 days and even though i told them that i will pay next month with the penalty amt they just kept calling me and harassing me and they texted with bad words and i am physiologically depressed and they should stop providing credit for students this will also hinder the feature of the students or else they should give time and they should understand that they are providing credit to student not for some person who is earning

Repayment issue

Slice is a kind of a credit card. I have purchased a product from Myntra through my slice card and then i returned it and Myntra initiated the refund on 6th December which is supposed to be shown in slice till 16th December. But it's not showing. I ve contacted Myntra regarding that but they shared a reference number saying that from their side refund is issued and now this problem is from slice's side that it's not reflecting in slice app. I ve tried to contact slice through call, mail, WhatsApp atleast 8-9 times now but i got no response and when I get response, customer care leave the chat in middle or they just say that we are checking and then again no response. I have no clue what to do now. I am attaching some pictures as a proof. Please help me with the issue as slice is increasing fine on my amount and telling me again and again that they will inform CIBIL team but how is all this my fault. They are not even responding to my query.

Unethical Behaviour
I was continuously receiving calls from Contact no [protected], [protected] person named Parul IDFC Bank and contact no [protected] Priyanka showing on True Caller from Slice for making the payment of INR 14, 379.85. They asked me to make the due payment for the month of Oct and I made the payment after committing the same. Parul promised me on call that once I pay the due amount of INR 14, 379.85 my account/profile will be removed from hold but nothing such happened in my case. He gave all fake commitments as when I tried to connect with him after the 24-hour period got over, he blocked my number and gave the phone to Female candidate so that she could mislead me.
I just got to know today on Dec 1, 2022, that few people from my family have received calls from above numbers and used abusive words (unethical behavior) with them. I would request you to please guide and assist me to take strict action against Slice and particularly these persons who have used abusive language with my Family members.
I am not able to add phone calls recording here. I am reachable at [protected] and [protected].
I just got to know today on Dec 1, 2022, that few people from my family have received calls from above numbers and used abusive words (unethical behavior) with them. I repay to slice ontime before due date actually i take 20000 but i repay 40000 but they didnt update that amount but some amount i lost in slice because of otps sharing i dont know who takes my money i paid almost 40000 but they didnt update still interest is going on now it 80000 i dont have job i cant pay now i didnt take 80000 but they are harrasing me continuously daily i face 40-50 calls and they call my friends and family also

Credit Card fraud - Demanding 1+ Lacs
Please help me...!! I took credit card from slice a year ago. After the repayment of first month one of the slice employees called me and talked about my cashback reward meanwhile, I received an OTP which he was asking for I didn't give that to him still anyhow he was able to transfer my next month credit into his Paytm wallet and made an EMI of next another year.
I filled a complaint and contacted with Slice also to block everything immediately. Later on, I got to know they threaten people and all i got scared already but they didn't do this thing with me and when police officer called
me for the follow up I said no, no such thing happened with me and because od that they closed the case.
Now, I need to take a home loan which I can't take because of my poor credit score and when I checked now, I says that I have an outstanding payment of 1, 12, 866 which I have to pay to improve it.
I connected with slice manager, and they are forcing me to pay the full amount or else they will not clear it and in national cybercrime I won't be able to submit this complaint as it passed 1 year.

I have bought Flipkart gift vouchers worth 55k but am unable to use them since it's showing an error 'Card has zero balance' and now nobody in the support team is helping me out. I'm anyways legally bound to pay the full amount to slice. I'm not in a financially good place to afford such a mishap.

I faced financial loss in recent times and unable to pay my any outstanding loan amounts and this is my true unfortunate condition. I am explaining the same to slice and asking for loan emi extension or restructuring of my outstanding principle with extended loan tenure so that I can pay off the loan. I have not paid my EMI from July month due to health issues and i was getting a call from slice both system generated call and executive calls also but my father said will be paying so on so date on that day they have called and said sending a link and pay to it unfortunately we missed that and again we called to them they have not taken it and next day it self by August 12 th filed officer has visited to our house but they did not intimate any information that we are visiting about collection after taking with my parents We paid an amount of 10700 on that day only we said that we will be paying in app they said that we are from field agencies by collecting cash we will be getting someone comission from this and i[censored] pay in app u will be having an extra late fee also by paying cash we will be updating to them as soon as possible and we will update for September month also and
His name is pranai they have bought all my documents of aadhar, Pan, and my slice transactions also at what the dates have paid and at what date I have took money everything they have showed there id card that we are from agency and from tirupati and even they said by collecting cash only we will be getting a comission from this and we will be updating you as soon as possible and they have took my signature in a paper i asked them why need to do signature they said that we have collected so on so amount right for that we need a signature that you have paid an amount of 10700 rupees by cash to us.even I have mailed on that day it self to slice that a field officer has visited and we have paid an amount to them by cash only but there is no response from that and again today I'm getting a mail that a field officer will be visiting you soon.
I request you to check once again about this and resolve as soon as possible that kindly note that I didn't get any updates even in my slice account also .we said that we will be clear everything and closing the account also they even collected my slice card also but I didn't say any pin number to them .

I ordered something from Nike amounting Rs 11, 045. Nike refunded me the amount on 1st of September 2022 but Slice is yet to reflect it in my account, Today is my due date, ive been tryin to call Slice, email them, connect through LinkedIn, twitter, Instagram and what not. The experience has been horrific and amounts to mental cruelty. I am stressed out that ill be charged interest from tomorrow because of a amount that was not refunded to me by Slice, Clearly a fault from their side and what's more? 0 Customer Support, not even picking calls up, no replies, and tomorrow they gonna come up to me telling me that i have not paid my amount yet. I will drag it to a Court Of Law if needed, this is pathetic, dont mind my terms.

Amount debited from account and Payment status is Success but not reflecting in Card
I made the full payment for Credit card through Slice UPI, the amount got debited my end and the payment status shows Success, but its not updated in my card.Slice people said that transaction got failed not received to Slice it will takes 7-9 Working days to refund the same amount to your bank.
Yesterday I raise a complaint customer care people said the has been received to Slice, but now again I called to Customer care they said that payment has been success from your end, but our end it got failed.So it will takes 7-9 working days.

ITs seems to be fraud company. I paid the EMI amount on 1st. It has been debited from my account but Slice account it is not reflecting. Its been 3 weeks I have been requesting them to resolve the issues, now they are threatening and asking to pay the amount. It is effecting my credit score also. They have put my card on hold and asking me to pay the full amount with 15 days interest. Please helo

Hii everyone i completed my repayments on 28 July and i also got a payment confirmation mail from slice but Money can't be reflected in the Slice application then a contact with slice coustomer care and then it's exicutive say's you hav to wait 5 August then it will automatically stalled but after 5 August it's showing some slice cash and also pay my repayment again slice charging me 4000 extra. The slice business model(a part of it) is not agreeable. Lending money to students without intimating parents and when they default calling to parents and asking for money. On what basis are they lending money to students who has no fixed money supply a month. Indeed luring them and fixing them in the trap. This goes on and on in a loop. Kindly take strict action on this and putting an end to this kind of business would be ideal.

Refund issue from SlicePay

Same problem for me also, the i ordered in amzon on 11th of june and they initiated the refund on 23rd of june and the amazon people said the refund is successful from their side on 28th june and still the amount is not credited into my card and if i contact the amazon people for reference number of transaction they said they require 5-7 days to create a reference number and told to wait till 11th of july and after that the process is not simple guys.
Now comes the monster - Once we get the refenence number we should mail the acknowledgemnt containing reference number to slice helpline then they require 7-10 days to confirm the transaction and then the issue is resolved, ifnot we have to file a complaint against the slice and StateBank of Marititus in RBI Portal or helpline. Then they will take 15-20 working days to contact bank and then bank will process the refund and to credit the refund it requires 7-10 days again.
So at last it will take minimum of 35 -45 days and they will make sure we pay the installment, as well as our hard earned money get stucked in the card after refunded successfully.
I am still hoping for the refund...but still not refunded..
