I have ordered other items they send me other things I have ordered 11 items and recieved 4 items which are totally different I have raised query they answered they have dispatched right parcel...I have pictures

I tried to order packages using trial points on my smytten account. In both scenarios, the order was not confirmed, but my amount got deducted. Please initiate the process to refund my money.

A 4 trial point product called eye gel mask (blue) was missing in the smytten package I received
And instead of the gel eye mask, I got a plastic phone toy which most of the time is given for free in the app (0 trial point)

But The app clearly shows that I've been delivered the full package

I'm hoping for this issue to be resolved asap and receive my gel eye mask...

However, my experience took an unfortunate turn when, on September 1, 2023, my order was abruptly canceled without any prior notice or explanation. This left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, as I had patiently awaited the delivery, investing not only my money but also my time and trust in Smytten's services.

To make matters more disheartening, when I attempted to address this issue by contacting Smytten via email ([protected]@gmail.com), their response was far from satisfactory. They merely stated that they would refund the amount for the canceled order. While a refund is a step in the right direction, it does not account for the inconvenience, time, and effort I expended in selecting the products and waiting for their delivery.

As a consumer, I firmly believe that my rights should be protected, and businesses should be held accountable for their actions. In this case, Smytten's actions not only disrupted my plans but also raised concerns about their adherence to consumer protection laws and ethical business practices.

Therefore, I kindly request your immediate intervention and assistance in resolving this matter. I urge you to ensure that Smytten either fulfills my order as originally agreed upon or provides appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and time I have endured.

This incident is not only about my individual experience but also about upholding consumer rights and instilling confidence in e-commerce services. I trust that you will take swift and decisive action to address this issue and hold Smytten accountable for their actions.

My order is delayed please deliver it fast

I had placed the order on 19th Aug 2023 and today is 1st Sept 2023. Till date I have note received my pre-paid order.

I have been connecting with the Smytten team and they have not been giving me any actual updates. They are just saying that the issue has been escalated internally and i should be getting my delivery soon for the past 6days.

They blindly ignored it when i asked them for a full refund on the order as I dont think I will receive my delivery anytime soon.

Maine ana order confirmed kr diya tha .aur bank se money bhi kat gya tha . But my order confirmation is not showing. And the order confirmation related message also did not come.Money has been deducted from boot bank.

My order did not delivered.But status updated with delivered. I did not receive any call or messages. After complaining on customer care saying you need to raise complain within 2 days only. But how come to know my order status is updated. Showing delivered date 21/08/23 and i raise this issue on 22 evening with mail and 23 again on mail.
Totally disappointed with response.

I have ordered a trial pack in smytten and cancelled it. But I didn't get my refund.It's been one month i have cancelled the order.My order ID is 11160955.What should I do to get my refund?.I want my refund back.

I haven't received my order yet and it's showing delivered status on the app

On behalf of the complaint I have registered I got a message on 24th July at 7:18 pm that my order will be delivered on 27th of this month. After that yesterday that is on 25th of July, I got another message that order will be delivered by 28th of this month., When I first ordered it said it will be delivered by 24th of this month, the today I got the message that it will be delivered on 30th of this month but afterwards the days are getting extended for more than 10 days., In symtten app, it's showing status track like the reason for delay is destination can't be reached, I don't know why it's showing like that. The reason is repeated from 22nd July till now., I am attaching the documents as a proof. For this much delay I need a compensation for it.Still I have not received your products in my hand.

My order no. #3043523 has not been delivered and status us showing delivered not getting any resolution from customer care as well. It was my prepaid order. Culprit should get caught. I need investigation on it. This is fraud to customers it should stop.

I ordered some creams and oils from smytten but delivery not received please response or refund my money

App is good. My friends installed app using my referral code also Y5Q1u7t but now app is showing incorrect referral points. It should be 140 but showing 100 points.

I'm placed the order it should been delivery on 18/07/2023 but still now I didn't get received my parcel given address also been correct then I don't known what the issue to delivery they are so kindly delivery the parcel or refund the amount which are I'm paid
