Smytten — Expired products from smytten

I received expired products from smytten for trial order no SM12835149. Even after multiple complaints they just credited 3 trial points to my account for which I have to spend rs235 more to get these products. Have already sent rs360 before.
Either they send me new samples or credit my amount with the product amount
