Hi this is my first order I have used my Trail points and trying to place a order but it's showing order is not serviceable to the pincode 500018. My friends belonging to same pincode have received their orders I don't know why it's showing me this issue. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible...

When will I receive my products 3428703 and 3428974 I ordered on 25th November, still i didn't receive my order. And my delivery date is keep on changing... Very fed up with your service. Otherwise cancel the order and refund the amount....

They don't have real customer support number . So called number Google shows us that was invalid. Why we always be unhelpful when we didn't get connected someone's site. We want justice. My order related issues not listed. I mailed them they replied with no logical term where we want they said they call us under 72 hours but their replied terms are not valid they could not call us . Please it's my humble request if you create a site please...

Whenever i put address to order on smytten it shows that we are not serviceable to this pincode. How much it will take to resolve this issue....

I have ordered many times from smytten. My recent order was delivered yesterday only but now the app shows me that not servicable to your pincode 400028 -Mumbai...

I have paid the so called shipping amount which is 199 against a order. The amount got deducted from my account which i paid through a upi app. The payment shows completed. In the smytten app the situation is transaction failed. But I haven't got any refund for my money and no order was placed. I tried to contact them through mail but there was no reply. Then I contacted them in instagram they replied. They were like we haven't received any...

I am not happy with my order.
I had ordered from Smytten and availed 6 free trial points but out of which only 2 products are sent correctly which is Mama Earth Ubtan Face Wash and zplum renewed clarity night gel, and rest all is not what i had ordered, really not happy with the service.
Theses are the things which i did not order.

I have ordered a few products from smytten on 16th of November 2020. This ordered, packed and shipped, but not delivered. It's been held in jp nagar service centre. Like its there responsibility to deliver it to our particular place. They can't be so reluctant about their customers. What does it mean 'consignee not available, can't deliver the product'?. Is this the attitude they show towards customers? People couldn't bother to buy any items...

I placed an order with Smytten on[protected]Order ID:[protected] which included the following trial products:

Mascara

Eyeliner

Hot Water Bag

BB Cream

Lip Tint

Sunscreen

Dot & Key Night Cream

However, when I received the order, two items – Mascara and Dot & Key Night Cream – were completely missing from the package.

Additionally, the quality of the other products was very poor and not as expected. Some items seemed old or partially used. I raised a complaint regarding this, but to my surprise, it was closed without proper investigation or explanation.

Smytten’s response was:

"We’ve cross-checked your order and confirmed that all items were packed & dispatched correctly... we’re unable to proceed further in this case."

This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. The main issue here is that two products were missing, and still, no resolution or refund has been offered.

I request Consumer Complaints India to take up this matter and help me get a refund or the missing items re-delivered. I am attaching screenshots of my complaint and their unsatisfactory reply as proof.

Please take this issue seriously and help me get justice as a customer

I had ordered some products worth 782/- with the order id #4077908 from Smytten on date 10/01/2025. I had immediately cancelled the order right after placing it, because I had provided wrong address by mistake. Today is 17/01/2025, but I haven't yet got the refund amount credited back to my bank account.

The delivery agent took a image of mine without even informing to me, which is disrespectful and rude. Have you mentioned or implemented to take pictures of receivers without informing?
Felt very insecured for this type of behavior.
A picture of girl? Without informing them?
I really want an urgent explanation for this incident as it unfollows privacy

Smytten is no longer serviceable to my pincode. But I have ordered more than 10 times to the same address. Even my nearby locality pincode is also not acceptable

I referred 14 members with my Smytten code, but instead of receiving 280 bucks, I only got 120 bucks. I've updated the app, but it's still not reflecting the correct amount.

My 2 orders from smytten that I have ordered on 5th may was not been delivered by 10th may.in tracking link it shows that consignee is unavailable. But I am available 24/7 to get my order delivered
Every day I get messages that your order will be delivered today but I didn't receive any of the order. I am fool waiting eagerly for my order. I request smytten either to deliver the order or else give me the refund.

I got the package I also paid the amount still in the app it shows shipped. And the delivery guy his calling me. I blocked the delivery guy number. But in app it shows shipped. But I got the package. And paid too.

I have ordered some skin care products from smytten but they not delivering they have to delivery the order on 3-3-24 but still they didn't delivered and also I paid my money online this many days they replied me in email not not even responding my order no is 13473100

They ship expired and defective products.
Customer service is useless and no help will be provided.
It's a big concern as can damage and harm your skin.
They will also leak your data and spams will start coming.
Stay away from this scam company
