Received damaged product from smytten. When complained they assured that refund is initiated on 1st dec but till now no refund is given. Not replying to mail. Mental harrassment is there

I placed the order and the payment was successful, but I did not receive order confirmation. The payment was done on 15/11/2023. The reference number of the transaction is[protected]. I would like to get the refund ASAP.

My money has been deducted from my account but order is not placed I request for refund!!! Please consider it

I bought luxe membership but it’s not reflecting on my account or I haven’t got refund. It’s been many days and they aren’t responding to my mails as well

I trust this message finds you well. I wish to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a recent transaction. I made a payment for an order, but unfortunately, the order was not confirmed, and the corresponding amount was deducted from my account.

In light of this, I kindly request the prompt refund of the deducted amount to my account. Your swift attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Smytten is the biggest fraud ever. I mailed them regarding my order - all the items are not being reflected in the shipment details. They are sending vague responses, without even reading the contents of my email. Their Instagram handle asked me for the order ID and after that, they stopped replying. It seems as if the company is functioning only by cheating customers of their money. I want all the products that were promised to me at the time of placing the order.

Buy 1 get 1 offer not applied and no they are stating its customer fault.

Blame on customer and not refunding amount. They send 1 product only.

The product was damaged it was a face mist of the love co. Company(4 trial points), half of the bottle leaked and the box was in damaged condition too. And there was one under eye gel from the herbs company they send it in wrong size.

I placed an oder on smytten date 12th oct 2023 and received the partial order on 16th oct 2023. In the box that i received there were missing products, i have raised the complaint regarding and today i.e. 19th oct 2023 i received the message that they don't have sufficient information so they are closing my complaints.

What kind of service are they providing to their customers.. my ticket numbers 394032, 394033, 394035 have been closed with a note that "they can't find sufficient information". I have attached proper photos of the delivery box i have received from their end... box was in good condition the only concern that the products cost 1047 Rs are missing from the box

Are these people playing with their customers.

They are definitely loosing one of their customers today, and even i will inform everyone in my circle to not trust their service and specially their customer care team.
It is definitely their responsibility to check what they are promising is also delivering to their customers.
I just received irrelevant gifts inside it which are of no use to me.

Ordered items on 6/10/2023, and unfortunately, I have encountered significant issues with the items received.

Firstly, Beyond Deo product I received are defective.

Secondly, I noticed that there are some items missing from my order that I paid for. These missing item include Period Care XXL Dry Sanitary Pads (40*4).

On 10th October 2023, I have received my trail product box based on the amount I have paid via online payment on 7th October 2023 at 3:42 PM IST. against Trial order no. 12092199.
I have reported issue via app portal and also via customer care email id. I have shared all associate document and request them to investigate and find the resolution.
This similar issue I have reported in past twice and I have not received any payment back or replacement of damage product from Smytten.
I request to help on this.

My order is placed on 3rd October and delivery date is 8th October and i have paid money through phonepe today is 9th October but still i didn't receive my order please make it fast smytten or return my money

I have ordered 1st time from symtten and received used unsealed and unhygienic products, when i reached out to them they have promised to resolve my query and now without any resolution over the call they closed my ticket and removed the option to raise the query again. Products are missing unsealed and opened one. No resolution was provided after informed them that i am unsatisfied with their provided resolution over a call. They cheated and fraudulent us. I want my refund of 1200/- rupees. It is a breach of trust and consumer policies.

I have ordered multiple products in that 5 item got damaged and I have raised issue for 1 item and I am unable to raise query for another item. Both mamaearth Leaves of clarity and garden of glow serum are damaged and spelled inside and half of the serum are wasted the package of the product look like used and not new and the serum does not seems genuine and other products are loook like used and not genuine beard brother face wash, Vaseline serum spray and Anour mud pie also not genuine and color got changed. I have sent the above message to they but they didn't give any solution. They are selling the used product.

My Trial Order 11756239 ticket I'd 378518 I raised a issue about missing product of million colour eyeline in my order. Also, vaseline body serum body was opened and leaked on bottle. Packing is not at all good faced this issue previous as well.

I have ordered oziva collagen powder 2 quantities but I have only received one quantity the outer packing was looking very small to hold to quantities that's why I made a video and with proof I do have the video that claims that when I open the box it contain only one college and order of oziva.
