When my order will delivered???

My order is not delivered yet, i placed order on 30th June it has to be delivered by July 7th but still i didn't received my order
My order id is #5748794.I have ordered the item on 5th july.But the order not yet reached. While checking through track package it showing as ON HOLD DESTINATION UNABLE TO RECEIVE.
Can you please solve this issue as soon as possible.This is a paid order.
