Smytten — My order is Not Delivered

Why my order is not delivered yet payment was already completed with Googlepay. Either you people deliver the product or else refund my money. Order I'd is #5502161.

I ordered trial products on 24 aug, and the delivery date was 30th aug.but i haven't received the products yet..and while tracking the products they are showing like it is already delivered but the coustomer hasn't received it..i think the delivery boy made a mistake and misunderstanded my address as others..
So please fix this problem as soon as possible.

I ordered two orders on Aug 29, delivery was expected to be delivered on Sept 4th. But, its shown as shipped and stuck somewhere near our place and we don't have a number to contact either.

I ordered on 29th Aug, expected delivery was on 5st.Sept Till date I haven't received my order.
