Smytten — Showing not serviceable to my pincode

Address: LIGH 475, Bharath nagar colony near PNT Ground,500018, Hyderabad

Hi this is my first order I have used my Trail points and trying to place a order but it's showing order is not serviceable to the pincode 500018. My friends belonging to same pincode have received their orders I don't know why it's showing me this issue. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

My wallet money is about to expire and it's been long trying to place my order but it say that “sorry! We are not serviceable to this pincode !" I request you to please solve the issue or find any alternative for me before my wallet expire!
