I purchased an Intex cloud m6 phone from snapdeal on 27th Aug 15 Order No: [protected] by looking at the product specification and reviews. I would like to bring kind attention towards Snapdeal Trust Pay policy as it's a big fraud. As per specification when I ordered product, I expected product to be as good as per specification. But it shattered my expectation when I received the phone. It's camera is pathetic as I was expecting 8 mega pixel is good spec for any phone. As a customer, product quality is not as per my expectation. So I asked for refund Snapdeal ensures 100% money back guarantee. Up to my surprise and I got following revert: "Snapdeal has reviewed your product and found that the desired product had been delivered to you in good condition. Hence we will not be able to fullfil your request for returning product." Any other eCommerce platform i.e Flipkart, Amazon provides min 10 days money back guarantee on any electronic product. So what exactly Snapdeal's trust pay means for if they are not ensuring any product quality but to get refund you will have to justify for a damaged/defective piece. Quality does not matter here. So my questions: 1) How a customer can know about product quality without getting it in hand. I just went on reviews and purchased and if I'm not happy with product quality. Snapdeal should be sole responsible for replacement/refund. Snapdeal Trustpay 100 % money back guarantee ensured me nothing but a trap. 2) I was asked to show device to Intex and send Snapdeal a written confirmation for replacement from Intex. So now from the day I got product, I need to run to manufacturer. So what's role of Snapdeal and trust pay. It's horrible. 3) On my refund request, customer care response is really pathetic as they are more concerned to showcase hidden terms and conditions rather listening to customer's grievance. At the time purchase nowhere it's mentioned that warranty does not cover if quality is not up to mark for electronic product and later on customer regret purchase from Snapdeal. I request other customers not to fall in trap. Please don't see 100% money back guarantee label as they will simply back off just by saying electronic items does not cover under policy.

I am facing same issue with a mobile and Snapdeal is denying for refund on the basis of their so called policies. This is really pathetic, I urge all online customers not to by anything from Snapdeal. Its better to buy such things from Flipkart and Amazon. And please TrustPay will just be a dream if you buy things from Snapdeal.

Worst Experience. I'll never buy anything from Snapdeal, and I recommend others as well don't shop anything on Snapdeal as you will end up with dissatisfaction only.

I am facing the same issue with snapdeal. I ordered the headset before 2 days as per product description & reviews. But now i m trying to return the same product, its only shows replacement. Its very pathetic. I never found any difficulties earlier orders. But snapdeal policy for electronics very bad. Flipkart and snapdeal is much better for this .
Now, onwards i quit my shopping from the snapdeal.

I received call yesterday from snap deal. They told me u ordered ur product after reading specification, then u cant return the product now. I[censored] found any fault then we replaced it. They not ready to exchange with any other product or refund.. Thanks for your bad experience..

I have ordered 'Micromax Canvas Spark 3 8 GB' on 24th Jan 2017 from snapdeal . Order ID: [protected]. I received this order as faulty mobile charger and faulty head set. While charging the phone, it shows 'its charging' but actually if you check status for your charging after two hours, its shows same charging %. It never increase charging %. Also head set is not working, (sound is not coming) when attached the head phone.
I asked to replaced the faulty items, then they said, IMEI number has changed for my phone as per their data.
Rather I have returned same products (Mobile phone, its charger & head set) which I received from Snapdeal. And now they are saying we can not replace it, as the IMEI number is not matching.
I called Customer Care no. They said the same thing and mentioned will again call you.
Really pathetic reply through mail that 'IMEI number' not matching.

Now waiting for a call from snapdeal for ''Micromax Canvas Spark 3 8 GB' ' order no. [protected]

No update for my 'Micromax Canvas Spark 3 8 GB' ( ordered on 24th Jan 2017) from snapdeal . Order ID: [protected].

They called on yesterday and said will received a call within 24 hours. but still no updates :(
Snapdeal representative are asking me to give them 24-48 hours since Friday, 10th February till today. They need time for more investigation.
In that Snapdeal provided me option that they will try to refund (for faulty head set & charger) OR they will put this case further investigation and it will take more than 1 week.

So I asked them for refund for faulty items. But no confirmation on that front as well apart from ' Please give us 24-48 hours for'. Since Friday 10th Feb 2017 to till date, its has been more than 145 hours. But still their 24-48 hours are not completed.

Meanwhile I have received message on 9th Feb 2017 ( Item Shipped Back to my address) on my cell. But till now I neither receive any courier for my order nor refund for faulty items.

Received a call from snap deal, Representative Name (Manager) is Lalit Gupta. He asked me to courier my order to the address at Gurgaon.

Now I am trying to reply to the mail at [protected]@snapdeal.com. From this mail received auto reply that "We are no longer handling queries sent to this email address i.e. [protected]@snapdeal.com."

Provide me the valid email ID so that I would reply to mail which received from Lalit Gupta.
