This is infrom u that acctullay I've complaint regrading of my freecharge account (Khatua.[protected]@gmail.com) which was I'm unable to use my account in last 7 days why I dn't know??? 😈 😈 😈

When I am trying to login my freecharge account, I am getting an Error message on my window "Your account has been temporarily suspended due to security reasons" They block my account without any information even notification on email or phone and i am not able to use my wallet amount also however I i've recvied dailybasis various promotion offerd mail from FreeCharge and Snapdeal account is suspended without telling any reason bucz it's linked up my account with freecharge account, It's so embarrassing.. Can anyone help me on this really its very frustrating for me and will it get resolve or not I don't know but seriously I will not use this free charge app again in future and also suggest to my colleagues, friends, relative and anyone who is using this app to uninstall this app from your phone because these are pirates they can do anything with your account but you cannot do anything of these type of company nothing more else.. What the hel of doing manπŸ‘¨??? 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈

Freecharge security system is thord class, they suspend my account in first time ⌚, thats why m unable to recharge my account or use any services of thia website, i face problem due to this, thats i uses paytm that is thousand times better than this company, freecharge dont have any customer care number or supprt why I dn't know???Can u tell me???
Please escalated this matter to concern department 🏬 and resolve this issue and take action immediately also give improve ur security system and customer support. My account is still suspended from ur company..

Still now I'm not getting any sms from your freecharge team and also unable to use my Snapdeal apps bucz it's linkedup this account.. Please escalated this matter to concern department and as soon as possible and call back my same number and give my docket number positively implement this issue and resolved it..

same thing happend to me also... they suspended my a/c for no damn reason... i called snapdeal customer care 4 days ago, they've done no damn thing about it... still i can't login to snapdeal

I am doing shopping from you from many years. I may have purchased items over Rs. 1 Lakh. It was happy shopping with you considering few items were not upto the mark or size issue, or defects. I returned them, still I can say the total return would not be more than 20% of overall purchases.

Last month I ordered few dresses of Rs.3383/- and none of them were as good as shown in the pics, even size was the issue. A return was requested. After collecting the items my account got suspended and it is said unable to refund the amount.

Customer care says your account shows too-many returns. I remember few items were cancelled by yourself as unable to full-fill. Few items were Fake, I did inform you & even to Levis.

In the portal it says it will be refunded on or before 19th April, today is 25th. Still not done. Can any e-shopping company digest your money? Is this not a cheating or looting from customers.
