Snapdeal / Samsung Powerbank — Sale of Duplicate in original Packing | |||
I purchased samsung power bank from snapdeal which turned out to be fake. 1. First the customer service denied it being fake and said it was genuine with genuine warranty 2. I went to samsung service center who confirmed it was fake as it did not have serial number or bar code 3. When I called and told that i visited customer care they said they have taken complain 4. Without calling they just emailed that to resolve issue send pics of product within 24-48 hours 5. I did, they later mailed to ship it back to their warehouse 6. On repeated confirmation that i would be provided a replacement they agreed and I couriered the fake product 7. As soon as i mailed the courier slip confirming return they said there is some problem and they cannot provide a replacement and they have debited the money in my snapdeal account which i can use to buy something else within 6 months 8. I has very angry and felt and rejected to accept 'sd cash'. Now they are ready to transfer the cash in my bank account. 9 But the product is available on their website currently but they are not shipping as rte have increased. i paid for the product and I feel I should be provided one.
