I have purchased uptron smart 32 inches tv from snehanjali Mira road East in 28 February, 2021, as per sels man asked that the said TV Very good, but after purchase, several problems arisen to the said TV, it is pertinent to note that, service o[censored]ptron customer care are Very poor, no proper response and services is not done properly, therefore duties of seller is sell good product and seller is also responsible. Be please solve the same earliest as possible, thanking you.

      Hello,
      i booked 1.5 tone AC from snehanjali (ulhasnagar-3) at 22 march 2021 . Executive tolled my delivery will be done within 48 hours but today when I contact to snehanjali (ulhasnagar-3) for my AC delivery they said we cant delivered today we want more 48 hours.
      my request is if you cant complete the delivery commitment then please cancel it because I already give the time what they want but more 2 days is not possible for me.
      one more thing in this all scenario every time I contact the executive for an update, its executive and branch heads job to inform the customer for the delay.

        We had Bought Sony TV from Snehanjali Kandivali through Bajaj Finance. Instead of 12 EMIs they have deducted 13 EMI i.e 1 EMI of Rs.3000 extra.. Now when we are requesting for refund Bajaj Finance is informing they have already given to Snehanjali instead of given to us.. N Snehanjali agreed to pay Rs. 3000 in Oct'2020 but since last 6 months we haven't received any amount. Mr Richard from Snehanjali making false commitments.

            Dear Sir,
            I Jagdish Poojari have purchased whirlpool refrigerator Model No. INV CNV 278 3s on 07/02/2021 against my old single door refrigerator in exchange offer from your Bhayander East showroom. Salesman inform me that old fridge exchange price will be 1300 and after giving the final price of new Refrigerator will cost to Rs. 21, 750. Hence I have paid same amount in cash to the showroom. While delivering new refrigerator at home on 9/2/2021 the deliveryman has asked of Rs.500 more for my old refrigerator exchange rate. While at the time of booking new Refrigerator I have informed to the salesman old refrigerator condition and model. The sales man has agreed at the time and given me only receipt for the same, does not issued original invoice for the new refrigerator, also told me at the time of delivery the original invoice for the same will issued.
            Today the deliveryman asked me Rs.500 more for my old refrigerator stating that my old refrigerator is mentioned in invoice as double door refrigerator. And he charged me 500/- (receipt also not issued) more for the same and they not issued any receipt of the same.
            I further mention here that, the new refrigerator delivered by you is defective, when I complaint about the same, I was informed that the Company person will come and repair the same. I requested to the salesman to replace the same as I don’t want to repair it as I have purchased the new refrigerator. The sales man refused to replace it, as the refrigerator is new it has to be replaced with request.
            I say that you are indulging in unfair trade practice and there is deficiency in service rendered by you. You are thus requested to replace the new refrigerator with a brand new piece and also give me further set off of Rs.500/- failing which I will be constrained to take legal remedies against your company.

                  Dear All,

                  We have purchased Sony TV 43" model 43W6600 from your Virar west Tirupati nagar showroom. We are not at all satisfied with after sales service. Our main concern was picture clarity where we have selected Sony TV . But from the first day after sales service is not satisfactory. We have spoken to showroom executive also showroom manager but their answers like we have already sold this product to you now there is not our concern.

                  As our concern on Picture clarity showroom executive not told that the demo which he is showing is only shows HD channels, we can't see clear picture in NonHD neither Cable. When the person from showroom visited to install Tv picture clarity is not as per showroom. So same time we called your showroom no the executive told that Engineer from Sony visit Installation then he will do the all settings.

                  Engineer from Sony TV visited our home & told that we can't see clear picture without HD connection, so I again called your showroom spoken to Executive then his answer was " IT IS NOT HIS DUTY TO TELL ME ABOUT TV CONNECTIONS, HE CAN ONLY TELL ABOUT THE FEATURES OF TV AND CUSTOMER SHOULD KNOW THAT THIS PRODUCT CAN GIVE CLARITY ONLY IN HD CHANNELS. " I spoken to his senior as they told Manager was on leave when i called. He did one thing that is "Sorry my executive must have forgotten to explain you that feature." I told him that this reply should given by executive but he arrogantly told me " Mera kaam TV bechna hai vo maine aapko becha, main tata sky wala nahi hu. Vo aapko malum hona chahiye tha."

                  This kind of service will effect to your future sales as we will not recommend anyone our friends or family to purchase any products from Snehanjali.

                  Expecting your prompt response on this issue as we have been cheated by Snehanjali. We even don't know may be they given us that demo piece which is in display at your showroom.

                            I lost remote in transit and requested for remote before 1 year but received incompatible remote and even after 1 year i do not have compatible remote.

                            I have complained multiple times but still no luck and my smart tv is useless without a compatible remote

                              I bought Sony bravia led 32 inch from your shop in Kalyan on 15/8/2020. Airtel Xtreme was supposed to meet with that TV, but hasn't met yet. When you contact the shop, you get different answers. You will get it when it comes from Godown. What is your method of talking sweetly while taking things and then harassing them? Will you set foot in any of your shops again? And if someone is keeping it, let them keep it? Think.The first time I bought an item from your shop but it is a very bad experience. I will not come to your shop again by mistake. The most useless service is, the simpler the shop the more affordable it will be.

                                    I m siddhi bhogle purchased tv on 26 june 2020 by cash model sony w62g

                                    At the time of delivery your executive said that tv will be deliver within 2 day's so i recd tv on right time

                                    Further he said that installation person will come to your home whine 2 day's after delivery but till date nobody person come for installation

                                    Several time i try to call u but your landline is swath off
                                    I m personaly visit yesterdsy your person said that person will come within a day but nobody come

                                    I reaally disappoint your services
                                    Request you to resolve my complaint to avoid future action

                                      My self pritesh vartak. I purchased ifb washing machine on dated 08/06/2020 from palghar branch. During debit card payment deduct my payment twice from my account. Branch manager told me we refund your payment as early as possible but till today my payment not refund yet. Kindly take action as early as possible.
