We have been waiting the entire day for installation of ac. It was communicated to us that installation will be done today. Customer care calls remain unanswered. When connected, we get the response that technician will get back to us. We have cancelled all our plans and are waiting since morning for the technician. Pathetic service. The call center female refused to provid the escalation matrix.

    I’m verry much unsatisfied with snehanjali service...

    I never ever ever suggest ny 1 refer to snehanjali virar west branch.

    Waiting for rvrt asap otherwise i’m viral this story in multimedia.

      I had purchased a laptop and paid full payment of my laptop on 25.02.2019 and had returned the laptop on 26.02.2019 as the product was not as promised by the agent of snehanjali electronics. I have made repeated phone calls, written emails and i have also personally visited the store again to talk their executives and agents that my money of the laptop shall be refunded. Its almost over a month that the incident took place and still the money is not yet refunded. they have simply been dodging us by making statements like "we will do it soon" or "next monday it will be done" etc.

        We had purchased a top loading bosch washing machine through snehanjali electronics when i called up bosch customer service team for general service they informed to me about 2 products one top load washing machine and a front load washing machine slim line which i haven't purchased, really disappointed that such as big brand of snehanjali can do this kind of wrong updatation of my account with bosch, and when i tried contacting snehanjali their phone is also not reachable, need the correction as soon as possible.
        Or else will not recommend any of them to buy the product throw them.

          Complaint: it's been a very bad experience by snehanjali virar east branch. 1st i had booked an order for led, which i got cancelled due to some reasons. But i was ready to buy the smart watch for which i had transferred my booking amount + rs 100 more against revised item booking amount was paid store. But since from last 15 days your store members not giving me the new product as well as telling that all my amount has been square off by their employee. I had visited there 4-5 times but still return empty handed.
          If such type of treatments been given by snehanjali then i will defiantly tell all not to buy any product from them.

            I have booked carrier emperia pro 5i (1.5 t inverter a/c) on 21/02/2019 form kandivali (West) store. The a/c was delivered on 22/02/2019 and subsequently installed on 23/02/2019. After installation it is found that the a/c is carrier emperia 5i (And not carrier emperia pro 5i). This is basically a cheating with customer, after complaining same to kandivali office instead of accepting mistake they tried to convince me that it is the same a/c and there is no difference between emperia pro and emperia.
            This is absolutely injustice with customer.

              Your staff lacks basic professionalism, with this i fear you will be out of business sooner than your liking, ordered purifier on saturday, promised delivery on sunday, on monday your staff realized you do not have stock of purifier on tuesday i am still struggling with delivery of basic product and the best part i am unfolding all this in my follow up, no calls from your end

                Dear team,

                I purchased uhd 55'inch tv nu7100 from thane snehaanjali store, gb road on 21st sept 2018 which got damaged internally on dec month for which i complained to snehanjali store manager mr. Richard and he ensured me that it will get replaced by samsung immediately, he'll get it done through them.
                I personally visited store twice to discuss same but i haven't got any positive response on this and thereafter i got call from snehaanjali stores that i have to pay for panel cost for which i denied.
                My problem doesn't resolved till yet, i paid 67000/- for this tv and emi of which is still going on. After samsung service engineer's visit i got a call from department and asking for approx 30000 to change tv panel.
                I also noticed that model no. Ua55nu7100 is not in the list o[censored]hd tv models, it simply means snehaanjali has given us discontinued model which would be internally damaged and discontinued by samsung.

                  I purchased 32 inch smart led tv online from snehanjali electronic but yesterday i got my led tv and i saw it is a normal led tv not a smart tv. I buy it becous they mention it smart led tv on online. And i call to panasonic customer care services but they told this is not our fault this is the fault of online seller snehanjali electronic and i call to snehanjali electronic but my call was not responded. So i request u to please solve this problem urgently...

                    I had purchased the cooler from the store, and as per deal it should be on emi. Staff shows the breakup and we were agreed to pay rs.745/- p. M. And total bill was 8300/-. But snehanjali staff deducted the full amount of 8300 without informing me. And i had consider i have purchased a product on emi. Every month rs.400-420 was deducted from my bank account. When i asked to bank about amount then they told that no emi running on your card and this amount is deducted as penalty because you have not paid outstanding 8300/- + charges. So same thing i have told to snehanjali manager and operations manager but they told that we dont care and we got our amount so we cant do anything. So the product of rs.8300/- and i have to pay around rs.122244/-

                    Is this fair???

                    Please help me in this.

                      My ac is not getting cool. So i register a complaint the technician visited and tell that there is a gas leak so he need a machine to check the gas leak. So he will visit again with machine on 26.11.2018. But still no technician had visited my house. So my ac is not working as technician had open the wiring of the ac and left as it is. So kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                        We have always purchased the electronics and heavy appliance from snehanjali. Since last 5 to 6 years we have purchased tv, ac's, washing machine etc from snehanjali.
                        We bought the following appliances within last month
                        1. Lg smart tv 32 inch. (V no sls5037193 dt 15.10.18)
                        2. Zepo tv 39 inch (Voucher no sls5041679 dt 04.11.18)
                        3. 2 no. Daikin split invertor ac (V no sls5042151 and sls 5043152 dt 04.11.18)

                        But we are not at all satisfied with the performance of zepo tv. Neither the sound is clear nor the picture. We bought it for our parents who are senior citizens, who are not able to understand any thing in the tv.
                        We were misguided by the store manager raman mehta. When we went to store he told us that the output of zepo tv is same as any other tv. When we enquired of the reason for its cheap rate as compared to other brands, he told us that just because of no expenses incurred on advertisement and snehanjali in house brand, zepo tv is cheap, we still kept on thinking and were confused whether to buy it or not as we have never bought any non branded product. Raman mehta assured us that the tv is same as other brands tv and we can buy it on his assurance, keeping trust on him its cheap and quality product.
                        We bought his assurance and now when we complained about its performance at shehajali, they say that according to its cheap rates is the performance and its good.
                        But we are extremely dis - satisfied with its performance and request you to kindly accept the tv back and refund the money so that we can buy a good product for our parents.

                              I had purchased lg tv 43 inch from digi 1 from ambarnath east for rs.50k through emi on 18/10/2018. I called them to hold delivery next day because i went to all the near ones retail shops for enquiry i found that all are giving same product in 43k but snehanjali is charging more 7k from customers. So i called up next day of purchase to ambarnath branch that i dont want deleivery of product i want to cancel this deal 7k is a big amout for me to invest extra. But after calling also their transporter called me in evening that i bought the product for deleivery. Inspite of call for hold they delievered product but i refused to take it. I dont have product even i dont have original bill they are refusing to cancel the order within one day only they have no refund policy & cancelation policy also. Its a pathetic experience for me also the customers who are facing the same issue. Even without delievery they are not refunding the amount. Also telling get quotation from dealers that u r getting tv cheaper from us we will give credit note for the same but quotation will not provide anyone.

                                Visited the dahisar west branch on 11th oct 2018, asked for daikin 1.5ton inveter ac price the sales person said wait i will contact to the manager, but the manager was least interested to attend me. I visited the branch on 9th oct 2018 the sales person told me 33, 500 with old ac exchnage! But theanager today quoted me 36, 500 for the same ac. My concern was not the price but the way the manager spoke and his tone. I want some strict action regarding him orels i have to post the video of his tone in social media. I am attaching his photo (He is on the left side with specs). Thanks

                                  I had purchased a carrier split ac from snehanjali's virar west tirupati nagar store on 20/5/2017 but neither snehanjali nor carrier provided us with applicable free servicing in warranty period. We tried reaching snehanjali various times but their phone no was not in order. It is very disheartening that snehanjali has such irresponsible approach towards after sales services and their customers.

                                    I have made payment of tcl smart tv on 16th august. I was told that installation will be done on sunday. I had cancelled all my schedule and kept waiting. The next day i was told that we don't install on sunday and today definitely it will be done late in the evening. The manager of kandivli west store just kept assuring me and making fool of me as he as well the technician didn't pick up my phone after 9 pm. I have wasted lots of my precious time and money for which i am not interested in the product and request you to get picked up from my house or else i shall be constrained to drop the same at the showroom today in the evening. Please note i shall not entertain any excuses etc.

                                        I purchased an o'general ac on jul 15, 2018 from snehanjali electronics and trading pvt ltd. Model number of the ac is aoga24jccb (O).
                                        This ac is not working and the compressor does not start. Please note, that (A) when the ac arrived, it did not have some fixtures in the pack and the packaging appeared shoddy. I immediately complained to the store, snehanjali and asked them to replace the product given that it did not have all the necessary components in it. The technician who has helped install several acs for me, advised me that this was likely to be used / opened or defective product and that i should get it replaced. Snehanjali store however assured me that the unit was fine and refused to replace it (Since the money was paid in advance it was convenient for them). I finally got it installed last week and (B) after installation the ac has never worked and i logged a complaint at customer service center (Service call number: mum[protected] yesterday. A service person visited today and informed me that the machine's pcb / motherboard that regulates compressors activity is faulty and would require replacement. The person visiting, while he solved no problem, took a visiting charge of rs. 450. Please note that his visit would never have been required if the machine was not faulty to begin with
                                        I have had a fairly disappointing experience so far with my having to spend enormous amount of time first waiting for the product to be delivered, then having something of suspicious quality delivered and then hoping / trying to fix it since it does not work. I expect a lot more from what various technicians told me was a leading brand and from a japanes company.

                                        I request you to please pay attention to this query and either fix or replace the machine i purchased with a functional one.
