Sonata — watch ocean series/the watch's strap was broken into pieces within 3 months of purchase | |||
I had raised complaint for same at world of titan at as rao nagar branch hyderabad however they assured me with giving me any receipt of complaint for replacement but its been 35 days till today i. E 3/01/2018. And today when i visited they said their stock was finished and raised complaint again today. I really feel ashamed i bought my hard earned money of 955 to buy this sonata brand... The service very very poor even though they are charging money... Very bad experience at response... I want my watch to be replace or given another watch model number of the watch i purchased is 77035pp03. I have attached the watch pictures and warranty card details please find. I have purchased sonata watch from authorised dealer on 04th May 2018. But watch belt get broken in this 4 months. I told dealer to replace old belt but he refuses. So please do the needful and replace my watch belt.

Watch don't have one button, the reason why I can't reset anything in my watch.
And I Have Warranty, so fix it soon, and please do it fast because I have to use my watch, this is not good to me, sonata 🙄
