[Resolved] Sony Bravia LED TV — Bravia LED TV 26EX550 | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased the Sony Bravia LED 26EX550 on 12th May 2012. Soon After purchasing of 8 months its Control Panel and Board needed replacement and replaced by Service Center Jaypee Electronics Noida. And 1 year again its board needs replcement and service center is asking 8000 Rs. for it. Please help in this case. If I have gone for Sony like branded company and I am feeling cheated either by the company or by Service Center which have fitted or replaced faulty part in my LED TV. Please tell me what to do at this stage. Why same part needs again replacement within 2 years. I am planning to go to Consumer Court.
