Sony — False promise that the company will provide Android kitkat update to Sony Xperia SP

When I bought the Sony Xperia SP they had mentioned that the device will receive an android kitkat update and they had mentioned this on their website however they have now stated that they will not be updating the device. A lot of customers have bought the device considering that the device would receive the update. A simple google will show the number of complaints and dissatisafaction. The device has just received a single major update. This is an absolute slap on the face to the consumers a company so renowned cheats openly.
