Sony India — Abysmal poor customer service.

I bought Sony Television 32R402 on 05.05.2014 from Narang Electricals Kurla West. There was a technical fault a few months back which was rectified by your authorized personnel the very next day.But now again the television set is not working and we are receiving no help from any quarter. The TV switch button is automatically turned green and there is no response to the remote control. On complaint through the dealer, a technician visited today and said though he is from Sony he can repair the set but can not give a receipt of the same. Your early intervention in resolving the normal functioning of the above Television set is eagerly solicited.
