Sony India — atrocities by sony india

I had purchased sony led 42w900b from kdm electronics - mayur vihar - delhi on 15/3/18 vide invoice number mv2-05323/14-15 with an supplier reference as sf[protected] through bajaj finance with extended warranty for 5 years.
I had problem in my led hence lodged a complaint in your customer care on 22/2/18 vide complaint number 45897038. Your service engineer mr anil visited us on 24/2 and infromed that the motherboard has to be replaced and the total charges would be 10500/- when i told them that i have an extended warranty he said that he is not bothered about that and if we want our tv to be rectified then i have to pay 10500/- so i paid him a advance of 1000/- vide receipt number 002305 dt 24/2 of f1 info solutions & services pvt ltd.
After getting the advance he informed me that he will get back to me by 26th with actual status of the motherboard. When he didnt turned up i called the serive centre wherein to my surprise they told me that it would take 10 days to give the status and they are not sure whetehr they will get the mother board or not??? They were very rude and made me feel like that i am did some crime by buying sony product.
If sony is incapable of keeping the spares in stock then why cheat customers with wrong promises and advertisements.
I expect a response within 48 hours, if not i shall go to the court of law and will also ensure that non of my relativces, freinds, colleagues and etc never ever opt for sony products as sony india is nothing but a centre to con public.
