Sony India — Block my mobile(Instrument)

I lost my insturment XPERIA E1 today(16April2015) in the 08.30hrs holding the mobile no [protected]. I already blocked my mobile no. I want to block my instrument in the same manner. In this request I spoken to your CSC person they told we are not able to block the instrument hence your GPRS is not activated. I am having the IMEI No; 1:[protected] and 2:[protected].
