Sony India — Complain against sony mobile (sony c4)

I have purchase sony c4 before last 6 month and it is getting hanging problem from last 4 month i have visited to sony service so many times but the problem is still not resolved and i have send a mail to sony they always please visit to service centre
But i hope they understand their client base and category of customers they should understand that there are so many companies are deal in mobile phones and the feature they are providing same are available in cheaper rates but i have purchase sony for better services not for visiting their service center

Now a days if i try to unlock my phone so it would be a big task for me for same issue in have uploded the video also
