Sony India — complaint no : j90114869 need replacement of x7500f 43 inch | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased sony x7500f 43 inch on 12th january saturday from khosla electronics b t road. They did the installation on 13th january sunday. From sunday night 13th january i noticed a black spot inside the panel and i complaint on 14th january monday. After the complaint the technical person came from the authorized service center and saw the problem. After that they are telling me that they are going to clean the product and return back to me. I asked for a full replacement of the product but they denied for the replacement. I am getting continue call from the service center of kolkata that they are going to clean it and will not give full replacement. I have purchased the product from sony which is one of the best brand in the world and from day one i am facing problem with the product, cleaning is not a solution for those who just bought a product and facing problem from the same day. For such a reputed brand like sony i can not expect this kind of service. Kindly look into this matter i need full replacement of my product. I have talked several time head office also talked with one of the higher authority they are saying the same thing. My complaint no is j90114869.
