[Resolved] Sony India — Disgusting experience with Sony service and quality | |||
I have purchased this TV at Reliance Digital Vashi Navi mumbai on 17th Nov 2013. On 12th Nov while watching TV it developed a small crack inside and starting showing up Vertical lines on one portion of TV. We have complained to service center and the guy says this is a physical damage. I confirm there is no external damage to the set and how can it be a physical damage. The product is under warranty. I request your attention to this issue and resolve asap. PV Prasad [protected] In spite of repeated requests Sony could not arrange a senior tech, qualified guy's visit to chk the problem.
