Sony India — Display Broken Under Warranty | |||
Respected All, Sir, i had bought my Xperia Z2 D6502 having IMEI No: [protected] & the warranty time of my device is upto 28/07/2015 as shown in the attached screen shot. Now, due to some mishappening the display of my phone got damaged completely. After this i had visit Sony Authorised Service Center in Rohtak to get the information regarding the same. The executives available at service center told me that your device cannot be repaired under warranty conditions & i have to pay approx 16-18 thousand Rs to repair the same. Also at present my financial conditions also didn't allow me to pay this amount for this repairing.Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into this matter and help me in resolving the same.
