Sony India — display crack in up and down in left side

I am purchase sony bravia 40inches led purchaseing in sunday 10/3/2019 just four dates ago. I am telling your show room then thiruvalluvar branch i am purchase the thiruvalluvar branch i am tell your show room it's not respond very worst off service. My tv problem is display crack up and down in left side in sticker side telling the seller in mrs thandapani is not respond. Yesterday tell the seller i am call 6o clock sir not call the seller. I am call not attend the call. This is costmer service is not satisfied sir sovle the immediately.
