Sony India — don't prove service after sale | |||
I have a sony vaio laptop, i had purchase it from Croma on dated 22.04.2014. Before one year it's mother Bord was damaged, at that time sony doesn't have it's mother bord so they change said me sir due to spare part not avalable please deposit motherboard cost we will provide a new lapt top to you and they do so. On dated[protected] my laptop cover is damage so once again i go to service center they recive my laptop and take 1000 advance and give me estimate cost rs 11000/-(Eleven Thousand) and the service center person of Jalandhar Punajb (Sigma Marketing service -Authrised sony service center) said me we will provide u laptop whiten 1week. But after 1week they call me and sing that we cant change the damaged cover please take it back. Was this information helpful? | |||
