Sony India — engg not come for demo or fitting

dear, i am not satisfy to your service beacuse of your engg not come for demo and fitting, i parches a SONY BRAVIA LED on 25th AUG 2014 but till now no engg are come for fitting or demo when i call costumer care he told me eng come in 1 to 2 days. sir, kindly take a action and solve a problem. pleas send a mail on my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com
