I purchased sony led model 32r402a no.5464919, but fault is mother board before two month i contact shop, area engineer and caustomer care lucknow but not respond by above them there was no available parts neither new tv while i submitted dd of rs 5567/-on dated 07/09/2018 but not receive new tv model 32422f
