Sony India — faulty bravia tv - 49 | |
I had purchased sony bravia kd-49x8500g tv from croma on june 10th 2020. Within a month the tv developed defect and i had raised complain to customer care. Sony’s service engineer diagnosed it as a faulty motherboard (There was red light blinking continuously) and after continuous follow up for more than a month they agreed to replace it. It got replaced on 19th aug 20 and next day it again developed the same problem (Tv getting auto off and red light blinking continuously). So within two months two same televisions of sony showed the same problem which is not acceptable. I have been calling sony and their service center but all they have to say is it’s escalated and someone from sony will revert on my email (Not even call me to rectify). In a nutshell i have purchased 3 sony bravia televisions in last 3 years (Not because i love to buy expensive tvs but because they all developed unrepairable defect). All of them were faulty. Bogus product with much hiked price as compared to other brands. I highly discourage people to buy sony products. It’s a waste of money and not worth. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |
