[Resolved] Sony India — Faulty piece | |||
This is to inform u with regret that I bought sony z2 smartphone on 14/5/2014 on 7 / 6 / 14 the phone was malfunctioning ( display/touch) I submitted ur product to accelfrontline ltd ( authorised service center) Chennai 6 Ticket no : [protected] The same phone was returned to me assuring me on 9/6/14 that problem got resolved ( software update) But the problem still continuos... I was a dedicated customer of samsung until I bought sony... Now I feel I did a mistake I trusting sony coz inspite of giving chance for service the same problem continuous...
