[Resolved]  Sony India — Faulty piece

This is to inform u with regret that I bought sony z2 smartphone on 14/5/2014 on 7 / 6 / 14 the phone was malfunctioning ( display/touch) I submitted ur product to accelfrontline ltd ( authorised service center) Chennai 6 Ticket no : [protected] The same phone was returned to me assuring me on 9/6/14 that problem got resolved ( software update) But the problem still continuos... I was a dedicated customer of samsung until I bought sony... Now I feel I did a mistake I trusting sony coz inspite of giving chance for service the same problem continuous... Kindly replace this faulty phone imdtly to rebuild confidence in ur company which is depleting day by day Regards Poor customer Satyanarayanan
