Sony India — faulty z3 compact handset | |||
Dear sir, I had purchased a Sony mobile in Dec 2014 from your dealer "Paragon Telelinks pvt ltd" . The phone started behaving erratic and problem aggravated in first month. However after losing patience i submitted the handset to dealer who in turn handed it to "CCOM Telecommunications" your service centre. It's been 1.5 months and I have yet not received any replacement nor rectified mobile. My IMEI: [protected]. TICKET ID: [protected]. Kindly suggest further action or else I would have to initiate a legal action and also bring it to media's notice.
