I Shailendra Singh, purchased SONY LED KLV 32R402 serial No. 5468950, as on[protected]:55 PM), Costing Rs. 28900.

However I am not at all satisfied with this product, reason being in such a short span of time (2 MONTHS) the main board of LED is useless now, as the service man from SONY visited my place and after testing came to the conclusion that it is of no use,
Can someone tell me that is this the quality you offer to the customers, as this was my very first experience to buy any sony product, which got ruined now.
Coming straight to the point, though the main board is going to replace free of cost, then too with-in two months this is not acceptable..
Is there way out to REPLACE my SONY LED above mention Model.
Many of my colleagues said to purchased samsung, but I decided to but Sony Bravia as it is mostly popular...Why only this product got damaged with in 2 months, ,
SINCE LAST 4 DAYS WE ARE UNABLE TO WATCH. AS THE SERVICE IS ALSO SOO SLOW.
