Sony India — Installation of television | |||
Hi I am really disappointed with the service center. I never thought that a big company like sony would treat the customer the way i have been treated. I have purchased a led tv from croma dated 16/12/2016 and i have been promised by them that the engineer would visit my house and install the tv saturday evening dated 17/12/2016. Since afternoon after following up with the service center i was informed the engineer would come by 8:00 or before 8:00. I requested if he can come before 8 the service center lady said yes we would send him. By 7:45 when the the engineer did not turn up i called the service center again they said i can take the engineers number and call him check when he can come to my place. After calling the engineer i realised that the engineer has already rejected the job when it was assigned to him on 16/12/2016. Ultimately my tv didn't get installed on 17/12/2016. This was never expected as a customer of sony.
