I have purchased an led 32 inch tv on 2016 it is within warranty now today the usb port is not working i cale dthe custoer care asked them to send techncian as it is within warranty they refused to send technician and droped the hon intentionally paese take action against the company hep m asap. Updated by bhodu i have recieved a call from sony india from the above no [protected] he is using slang languages and he is telling me watever u feel lik u can do u can complain to police no 1 can can do anything t me please take action against this man he is notorious.

Just one year completed. Half display on screen black out.. Such a sub standard quality product from Sony.. Unable express frustration... Please ensure this kind of product should be out of market.
