Sony India — Mobile stopped working immediately after 1 month | |||||
I purchased a Sony Experia device from Amazon, as per the manufacturer there is a replacement warranty for 1 month. I dont know why the the device showed som symptoms of faulty immediatly after one month. I submitted the device in Sony Service centre on 8th october and called and informed the Sony CC as well. I requested for replacement of device as there are so many issues with the device( hardware and Soft ware), but i got a strange replay from the customer care executive that they cannot replace the device and they will repair the same and give to me back. I asked when ??? They replied that they don't know because the service centre not having the part to replace the faulty one and I want to wait for the same. I agian asked them to replace because there is no use o[censored]sing a device which is faulty within 2 months. Requesting you to help me on this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had complaind at your local service centre in my city JAIPUR i.e. Global Service Centre in civil lines last friday on 7/10/2016 and now its been a week i.e.14/10/2016 and till date no one bothered to visit and solve my problem regarding the audio functions of my home theatre system. Is this the services of sony in india????
