Sony India — my mobile not working and in under warranty | |||
Hello sir/mam, My name : dhiresh mourya From bhopal mp Purchased a "sony xperia r1"... But on 19 august i see my mobile touch not working... & we have insurance of [oriental] also.. When we reach sony service center on "22 august"... They said i will see and told, get your mobile on 23 aug... But on 23 august after reaching service center they said... I m not able to repair your mobile (Very rude behaviour).. Because in mobile have "moisture" and taken a 118 rs also.. "they told this mobile no have warranty & damage also.." We have insurance of "oriental" let me know how to replace / repair phone as soon as possible... = otherwise i will lodge a complain on consumer forum...
