Sony India — No display on newly purchased TV after one & half month | |
Problem started on newly purchased (15.11.2021)Sony Bravia TV set in Jan 21, there was display problem in TV, sony took 2.5 month to accept that there is problem in TV set, only shifting problem in consumer side that problem in wify, Tata sky signal. Poor response from service centre. Sony india don't value for customer. Once they sold tv & got money that's over, let customer suffer. People purchase big brand tv for better suport if any problems arise but they behave like road side shop. There customer complaint site only register customer complaint but there is no close loop for earlier complaint. Every time they will register complaint in new service no. Finally they lifted my set for repair on 08.06.2021 till now there is no response from sony. Finally I have assumed that I have lost my ₹65000/ by my mistake to purchase tv from sony.
